  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. Hi, sorry for my late! I want to thanks again all the good people that found this tefth and let me know in any way possible, first of all I'm sorry for my English :P and second, obviously that shop haven't my permission to use my photo! I'm trying to contact the site directly, not that thief, for let remove and stop to sell my photo or I will contact my lawyer. If that person just asked me I would be happy to do an agreement with he/she for the use of my photo....in this condition is unfair that I'm an Italian artist without a job with my art, without selling anything of mine and that person have been sold a lot of that shirts....

    3. I'm glad someone was finally able to contact you and let you know! Though I am sorry to hear that the photos were in fact taken without your permission... I would like to hope that Romwe will do the right thing and things won't have to get messy for you, do keep up updated on how it goes! I know I for one don't feel so inclined to shop with them any longer.

    8. On Aliexpress there is always that shirt on sale, they haven't replyied to my email at all. I have just sent another one, I will see if them will continue to ignore me if I will make a reply by my lawyer :)

      It really does happen far too often; I don't see dolls much, but a lot of art from DeviantArt is getting taken without permission and stuck on shirts in places like TeeTurtle and what-not...its just unbelievable. :vein
