1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Studio *ANother Secret* discussion part 2

Feb 22, 2026 at 9:41 AM

    1. This is the previous thread (part 1) for AnotherSecret discussion.

      -------------------------------------------------

My hybrid boy on ANS69. (His head is Morolab2 Kaska.) This is a body that ought to be wearing only form-fitting clothes. :whee:

AnotherSecret is teasing pics of ANS71 (the slightly taller successor to ANS69), so I think a preorder for him is coming soon.

    3. @aihre Ruach does look good in form-fitting clothes. It'll be interesting to see how his personal style evolves compared to Finch :XD:

The pictures of ANS71 on XHS look interesting. It seems there's going to be variations with shoulder joints, ribcage joints and neck joints, but all of the previews have consistently had underbust and waist joints. Good for people who have different preferences in engineering: I dislike underbust-only bodies but a neck joint is a joint too many for me personally (the Granado Fortis is my one exception).

If ANS are on track with the 59 and 61 bodies, hopefully mine will be ready next month and I can finally get a floating head out of the head drawer!

    4. @miffimifster Thanks - shapely is the word :whee:

@castironteapot Can't wait for you to get ANS61 and see how the sculpting compares :3nodding:
Thanks - oh, they'll be very different, and mainly to do with clothing service, honestly. Volks' clothing style for SD17s is not my jam so Finch is likely to end up scrappy and dishevelled and wearing more handmade like all my smaller 1/3s. While Ruach is likely to be more sleek and wear fancier clothes like my 68s... he's actually bigger than them, more like 70-73cm size, and that's quite well-serviced in outfits.

I'm watching the upcoming ANS71 order with interest and I would like to see more. I wonder if you can pick your own configuration for torso, shoulders, and neck? That 4-part torso interests me somewhat, but only if it can be had without a neck joint (I also dislike that type of jointing). All fun to watch! But I'm happy enough with ANS69 for Ruach and am not inclined to look for upgrades.

    5. He looks great! I love the outfit. :daisy

    6. I was considering the ANS74 body for a future project with a Devotion Doll Bite head, but I was a bit iffy about the neck circumference. Finding myself wondering if the 71cm body would be a better option, though it's kind of an extreme difference depending on how much I care about scale and bobbleheadedness possibly. I'd need to do a mockup with photos but I don't have XHS so I'm not sure when or how I would be able to access previews of the new body. And I love the ANS74 aesthetic and sculpting so if the 71cm body is too different I may have to look elsewhere...
That reminds me, I still haven't done a mockup with the ANS74 either, I just kind of took someone's word for it that it wouldn't work. I love the sculpting on it a lot and legit was considering trying to save up for it and a Bite at the end of the year anyway (because that's how long it would take to save enough to even consider the possibility of spending that much) and if the Bite head needed a different body I could use the ANS74 for another character made up specifically for it... but that's kind of a fool's plan in that I really don't need another large doll besides my original project... so I really shouldn't be considering throwing money at a body I don't know will work. But the ANS74 sculpting and example poses in the photos would be so perfect for my Big Dabi...

    7. @Cattya 70s and 75s, despite their similar heights, are often different in scaling, and this could very well apply to the ANS71 and 74 – 75s are closer to a 1/2.5 as opposed to 1/3 scale and often have larger necks and much wider shoulders.

This is a YMMV situation: I prefer larger-headed dolls, so a while an ID75 with a 9-10" head looks fine to me, an 8" head on a big 75cm body is too "pin-headed" for my personal tastes.

The ANS71 has less pronounced "dehydrated rope-like muscles" than the very prominent ones on the 74, so while both are clearly the work of the same sculptor and share the "dorito torso" aesthetic, the 71 isn't simply a resize of the 74 and has a slightly less muscular, less veiny look.
I believe Dolcelucedolls is a dealer for ANS; perhaps Dollsphere, Space Studio or other smaller dealers may also carry them (I ordered my 61 direct from Taobao after emailing ANS and asking if they would be happy selling to an international customer that way as the 61 was unavailable on the EN/Taobao Lite app).

Not sure if you'll be able to view them, but here are some links to ANS's in-progress shots of the 71 from XHS:
