      March 9th, 2016
      * How was the communication?
      Good and prompt.
      * How easy was it to pay?
      Difficult. Sugarable's site is broken; I logged in, placed the order, and was not asked to pay. Further login attempts failed, and the email provided did not work. I resorted to pming their agent on DoA, and all was resolved within minutes via Paypal.
      * How long did it take to ship?
      Seventy-five days after order; three days total shipping time. Tracking says it was posted on May 17th. It arrived on May 20th.
      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      None. All items were packed extremely well.
      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      Outside of payment there were no issues with my order.
      * Would you order from this company again?
      Certainly. Their service and quality put others to shame.
