Super Senior Delf Cane and Flood discussion

Whoa. Ripped abs! I love the body. LOVE it. It's not ridiculously, frighteningly buff, but well-muscled and lean without being incredibly scrawny.

 

I'm going to echo everyone here about Cane.

He didn't really catch my attention at first, but after seeing more pictures of him, I'm starting to like him more than Flood. Cane looks more mature than Flood, i think which is why I'm liking him more. But I still like Flood tho and I'd want the 08 head as well.

I guess these SSDF boys have got me hooked.

 

Its so muscular... now I'm dissapointed. Too much for me.

I wonder if their heads fit on the SDF bodies?

 

LOVE the poseability! those pop-off hands. does that mean different hand sculpts?

I don't want another big boy. *repeats mantra, looking at pix*

What's the current word on Luts and PayPal--or, if not that, Luts and Visa cards? Cane is starting to grow on me big time and I've got that thing called a tax rebate, and parts of that can go to dolls...

I'm liking that stepped thing in the back for holding various positions...looks a bit odd nekkid, but I bet it really helps the body hold some nice slouchy poses. =3

Yeah...so....the fact that he's 70.5cm means I'm shifiting a bit here...Owen!head gets this body, not a Super Gem one, and Loukas can have a Super Gem. XD Owen is supposed to be the taller of the two...and his head looked nice size-wise when I put it haphazardly on my Dollshe body, so 70cm works for him. I'm fine with the resin not being a 100% match so long as it's basically the same undertone.
...and they darned well better come out with it in white skin so I can pick one up for Laz as well....

With the angle of the chin on those heads, the neck might need to be shortened a bit for hybrids...but the circumference is actually pretty much perfect for the two heads I'd like to put on that body.

...and jeez, am I the only one who liked Cane better than Flood all along?

Nope! I was with you there too. I'm not partial to Flood but Cane floors me!

 

When I first saw Cane, I liked him but not his face up. I don't really care for Luts' face ups in general. I figured Luts was going to add a 70cm or so doll to their line. At first, I was a little put off by the thinness of the body sculpt, but clothes do seem to look better stylewise on thinner frames.

Those feet though! Where on earth could we find shoes for them? Luts better create some shoes let alone socks for these puppies, 'else there's gonna be alot of cold feetses out there!

 

Well, I just checked and a few of their 'Senior Delf' marked shoes actually state an inside length of 9.5+ cm. These ones list at 10cm inside, for example, and these ones say 10.5cm! Many of them look to be 9.5, which might work as a tight squeeze, depending on the shoe in question--some list as 9cm, though, which definitely wouldn't work.
So, I'm guessing some of them will fit these boys as well, but you might need to be careful which ones you buy and be prepared for them to possibly not fit.

Not bad. Shame, I don't really like three part torsos. I like the sculpting though, and those hands.

Interesting. At first I was slightly weirded out by him, but he's rather Tzimisce with that odd ridged back and his strangely wiry limbs. And the height is good; body would be good for a hybrid.

I am not keen on the faces (as presented, at least) however; they're too bland to sit on that interesting body.

 

*cries* They're so cute and I'm a sucker for the big boys!! I can't decide if I like Cane or Flood better.... though I want to hug Flood for his sad little face >_< Luts must be an anagram for "lust", I swear!

Yay, their feet are big so that means I can get some shoes for my Sasquatch-footed Dollmore boy!

Japanese site for Luts shows price of 56,700 yen. unless that's won. in which case $557.

so the normal price will be like $667 or so since this one is 15% off...maybe just getting a single body will be about $567...
I have to consider seriously about getting a Flood...hmm...

Right, so this is where I try to convince myself I don't need to accquire two more floating heads in the process of buying a body to go with one I already have....
...I seriously want that body for Owen, though...and when they sell the body on its own it'll probably cost around $540 or so (guessing based on the Senior Delf body price)...so...so....
