      18th of April 2012

      * How was the communication?

      Since it was a pre-order, I waited with my first e-mail until November 2012 - and didn't get a reply. I wrote a second e-mail in December 2012, in which I requested her to ship the items until the end of the year 2012, otherwise I would withdraw from the purchase contract. She wrote back two days later, said she was very sorry and promised to visit her storage place the next day to ship the items she had in stock and give me a refund for the items she didn't have in stock. I agreed and waited another two months for the items/money, until I finally withdrew from the purchase contract with a registered letter. She didn't take delivery of the letter, neither did she collect it from the post office within the fixed period of 7 days. I wrote her a last e-mail today. EDIT She now replied to my e-mail and said she was sorry, she thought she had already cancelled the order but obviously hadn't, and that the post office hadn't informed her about the letter, contrary to the data of the shipment tracking. She finally gave me a refund, immediately. Case closed after almost 11 months.

      I ordered almost 11 months ago and still haven't received the items.
