@idrisfynn I have been getting better! *or so I keep telling myself* And bought quite a few bodies for heads I have. I'm also staring to have a similar problem. As I now have more full dolls completed or nearing completion I'm having to decide where to display them, and wondering whether I should do a major purge of my anime figures to make room for the dolls. I've sold off quite a few over the last year, but new ones I like are always coming out. #firstworldproblems

@CloudyDolly As @Kurichan mentioned there's DF-A and H (two separate companies despite the similar names). I have my rosy white Waseon head on a DF-A 68cm body, DF-A & Migidoll 68cm Body Comp - Album on Imgur.

 

Thank you, their bodies look great. I'm a little worried about communication with the companies since the websites aren't in english, do you think I could ask for resin matching through acbjd ? I've never done that before so it's completely new for me !

And yes, I hope they will release him again in 2022 ! It's so frustrating not knowing when he will be available ;_;

@Kurichan thanks for the info! Actually someone knew a user selling a hwayeon head and I snatched him right up. (Thank you so so much!) I feel extremely lucky!

Does switch have some kind of newsletter? Seems like they only sell their sculpts in limited runs and I never know what’s going on with them. Do they tend to only do the darker skin tones as raffles or more limited sales?

 

Sadly, they don't have a newsletter. For all release information I recommend following them on Twitter and Instagram. All updates are posted there.

Monthly heads and bodies are available every month from the 1-5th of the month in Powder Beige, Rosy White, and Milk Tea. Other releases are periodic but the order period is limited such as the case with Sohwa right now (open till 12/9). Mocha brown is pretty rare and from what I've seen always lottery.

As poisonapple88 said, you should follow twitter and/or instagram. They always tweet their next sales beforehand. Also, if you miss a head, you can try FaithZ. I have snatched up a few heads and goods from them because I tend to overthink wether to buy or not something and, yeah, I miss them.

 

I do that too! I missed out on Yozo when he was first released because I couldn't decide if I liked him enough. A few months later he popped up on Faithz and I was like AH! Instant buy. I'm glad I did because he's a beautiful sculpt.

 

You guys have any suggestions for boy bodies for switch heads? Is that off topic?

 

@sirotterpop I have my Switch heads on DF-A and DF-H bodies. My Waseon and Ajeong-Closer are on the DF-A 68cm body and my Milwha is on the DF-H 65cm body. My Huisa also looked pretty good on the DF-H 65cm body, but I wanted him on a shorter body so I ordered the DF-H 62cm body. I'm still waiting for that one.

Has anyone hybrid with Dreamingdoll before? They just release Queen Eva body 64cm with a neck of 10cm for their male heads and I think it’s a wonderful fit, plus I like their hand sculpts. But I don’t know about the resin match with Switch Rosy white.

Hi! I'm just wondering if anyone has done a hybrid of the recent Loongsoul and Switch together? If so, how does it look? How does the resin match? I know that Loongsoul is imported but just wondering if anyone did the hybrid anyway.

Just bought a Gyoha Moebius head. If anyone help me I am looking for perfect match body for the head. HD65 or HD70 wich one would be perfect?
I have a Gyoha head as well and trying it on HD65 body. The shoulder is quite short for the head.

 

Hi! Personally, I love my Gyoha Moebius on a HD70 Attractive body. The difference between HD70 and HD70A is only a few centimetres for the upper body so I think he'll look great on either of them!
