Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     19. I bought a sprite head on a resinsoul body off of the market place from Tangerine. I paid her promptly with a money order that had been sent with priority mail and a tracking number. She told me the next day that she had received the money order the day before and cashed it. She shipped out on the 28th of June. She had forgot to mention on her sales thread that tracking would cost extra, she did however put on her sales thread that insurance would cost extra. When she told me she had shipped out I asked her if she had a tracking number and the doll was not sent with one, but she didn't tell me if she would or would not include tracking. I really wish she had but she didn't specify she would or wouldn't, whenever I sent an email she was quick to reply and was always friendly, she told me that she was shipped out first class but when I looked online the USPS site said that that packages over 13oz could not be shipped out first class. I was worried about the doll being lost in the mail because it had already been a week since she had shipped so I asked her for the receipt she scanned and sent me the receipt and she said that it had turned out that the woman at USPS must have messed it up because she sent it Parcel Post. Turns out Parcel Post is extremely slow because I just got her on day 11

      Tangerine was very nice to me and responded to me very quickly but the thing that upset me is that just this moment as I opened up the box she was in a bobobie box and a bobobie bag and inside of a plastic bag but however her hands were not wrapped with any kind of bubble wrap at all so when I took her out I noticed that she was missing a finger which has been found at the bottom of the bag. I am really hoping that Tangerine can compensate me for the broken hand so that I can get her a new one, since this is not USPS's fault or a reason that would require insurance but simply because she did not secure the doll's hands with anything at all.

      As I said before her communication was good, but the overall wait time of having her be sent parcel post and no tracking, plus when she finally came home to me finding out that she had a broken finger was really really disappointing.

      I will be willing to leave an extra feedback if something can be done about the broken finger. the doll is beautiful but the waiting and broken finger just makes me sad.
