Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.       I am so sorry to hear that members were on the priority list and still are not going to be able to bring a Bermann home.

    6. Did anybody else who heard a "no" back already say they were interested in the Chun-choo doll as well? Maybe they're only giving a definitive no to those people. *shrugs*

      I never meant that I'm not happy for the people who got their dream boy. I'll NEVER mean that. Congratulations, people! :D

    8. Well I agreed with Sabriell. I can understand the disappointment but PLEASE dont give Anu a hard time about this. Anu was trying her best to provide a Bermann to the ones on the priority list.

      It was a priority list because the rest of us didn't stand a chance in getting him. I never did agree with this 'priority list'. I have always thought it was a Pandora's Box. When running a business, you really can't have any 'favoritism'. Just provide good customer service and I think Anu has tried her hardest to provide the best customer service she could.

      In my opinion, what should have happened from the last Bermann order, was for Tensiya to have ONLY accepted the first paid 11 orders, then refunded everyone else....period. No priority list, No future promises...just if you didn't get him this time then trying again next time with everyone else.

    9. Hmm I believe Anu refunded the rest of the money to the people that did buy one but were buyer 12 to XXXX, that's the reason her Paypal account got frozen ^_^

      But because she felt so bad for those people...and guilty...she made the priority list.

    10. Actually Steph, everyone on the 'priority' list was kept informed *days* in advance. First it was posted on Tensiya to check to make sure your contact email on 'your pages' was correct so they had your right email. Then they emailed everyone to basically 'watch your email' the next few days for info on the next Bermann. Then they emailed everyone to let them know the pix were going up and wrote easy explicit directions on how to order and when.

      They've been in contact with the list from the get go. It just ended up that there were too many people for only 11 dolls again. So yeah, some are going to lose out. But communication has been there. Again, you're looking at a bit of a language barrier too. For English not being their first language I think they're doing a helluva job.

    11. It was definitely a priority list in order of who had purchased Heimdal first. The first two names on the priority list were in order from the candidacy list from last time.

      So if you did not get an email, you were not one of the next 11 in line on the priority list. All the winners have been notified together. I'm sorry for those of you who did not win, but don't give up hope as you do still have chances left.

    12. Nena, are you sure that all the winners have been notified already? Pony got an email saying she didn't win, other recieved a mail they did win, and others still, no email at all.

    13. Another random thought.

      Since there were so many on the priority list for this one, do you think that those who committed to this one, but missed out will get a priority on the next one?

      In other words, do you think the priority list will continue until all the people who bought Heimdal and didn't get him, get a Bermann?

      That is what they did that Afghan doll...for the people that couldn't get Berman they have to settle for the other doll.

    18. A random thought occurred to me, so I have two sideline questions for those who got emails yesterday for ordering:

      Did you get two of them? One that was titled Bermann-Hwarang and another that was a Re: Mail from Tensiya? They had the same information in them.

      And if you did get two ... which email did you answer with the order info? Personally, I answered both (since I didn't know which one I was supposed to answer).
