The (original) character of your doll?

Jul 29, 2014

    1. I actually didn't think much about a character for my first doll until my aunt asked me about it. She's still not as developed as one might expect a doll of her age to be but as I anticipate the arrival of a second doll and the photostories I hope will ensure shortly after his arrival, I hope her personality will blossom :) For now, she's just my beautiful model ^^

    2. ♥ Did you find a suitable sculpt for the character you had in mind or did you create a character for the sculpt you bought?
I'll just go with my most recent example of the doll I'm waiting on right now here. It's more or less the same basic way I get all my dolls. I had the idea of the character before I knew what doll I wanted, but I came up with the character knowing I wanted to get a 70cm doll of some sort.

♥ What came first to you? The visual concept of the character or the behaviour and personality of the character?
I have been listening to a lot of Lovecraft recently so I decided to name him after a character in my favorite story, Dr. Muรฑoz. My character isn't a doctor, but he's a med school drop out and both his parents were doctors. It ties in. I knew I wanted him to be a nice guy that feels kind of lost. He's trying to figure out where his life is going and it's a little depressing to him, but he's resilient. It's always hard for me to sum up the entirety of a character quickly.

♥ Once you had the visual concept or the personality of the character, how did you decide on the other side of the coin? (If you had a personality, how did you choose their appearance? If you had an appearance, how did you decide their personality?)
Based on what I had came up with I knew I wanted a sculpt that could be a 26 year-old and it had to be available in tan. Jointed hands were preferred. From there I just looked at all the 70cm, tan boys on the market that weren't over the top beefy and found a doll I liked with the right face to reflect the personality I had going. I thought he'd have a slouchy posture. Spiritdoll Celtis in tan seemed right.

♥ Have you found yourself changing their personality or appearance often?
No. I really don't change my dolls very much. I get them their custom face-ups, but I haven't yet changed their faces after that. I do get new wigs or different eyes from time to time, but the wigs tend to be the same color as their other wigs and the eyes tend to be based on what the doll needs. Example: I got my DDoll Airi some light gold 12mm urethanes because her eyes are so small most eyes look black in her head so I went with something light that would show up better than her original, really nice glass eyes. They were better in a different doll than her.

♥ How would you respond if someone said your BJD's character is pretty lame? Would you change it?
No. I'm not really going to concern myself with making sure my dolls are special snowflakes. I don't take things that seriously and I don't see why anyone else would be in such a way that they'd need to judge my dolls to feel better about whatever. Can't we all just enjoy our dolls?

    3. ♥ Did you find a suitable sculpt for the character you had in mind or did you create a character for the sculpt you bought?
I usually buy a doll and then make a character for the doll. I have turned some characters into dolls, but for the most part I buy the doll first.

♥ What came first to you? The visual concept of the character or the behaviour and personality of the character?
The visual concept of the character comes first.

♥ Once you had the visual concept or the personality of the character, how did you decide on the other side of the coin? (If you had a personality, how did you choose their appearance? If you had an appearance, how did you decide their personality?)
I start with the faceup, wig, and eyes. I build the character off of the facial expression, and then dress them based on what I picture their personality to be like. For my characters, I have two that the sculpts were picked specifically to fit them, and then two that are loose representations of the character. The sculpts that fit characters were pretty easy for me to pick out, though I changed my mind about one of them and found a different doll that was better suited to the character. For the dolls that I have loosely based on pre-existing characters, I didn't want to commit that sculpt to a specific character because I also liked the sculpt and would have purchased it regardless of whether I had a character picked out for them. I knew what dolls would fit the character because they look very specific in my mind, and there are only a couple sculpts that would have worked. I picked their appearance based off of which one fit them the best :)

♥ Have you found yourself changing their personality or appearance often?
Not really. I like how a lot of my characters are different from each other (some are fantasy, some are humans, some are immortal, etc). I tend to stick with the characters I've made. I might get them new eyes or wigs to revamp their look, mainly to show a different aspect of their personality but they are still the same character.

♥ How would you respond if someone said your BJD's character is pretty lame? Would you change it?
I would think they are rude and unnecessary to disclose that, but in the end it doesn't matter to me. Some people aren't into fantasy, vampires, or whatever, and I understand that.

    4. This, a thousand times this! Sorry to quote you, but I found myself nodding my head repeatedly!

To make a good story, sometimes a character can't be ideal, sometimes they're not even what you would dub a good role-model. Everyone has their flaws and their secrets, why wouldn't a character have them? No character is going to be the best ever at ev-er-y-thing. I've had characters that have been so lame that they've given me second hand embarrassment before. I've had friends who are otherwise awesome people do the same thing, so why wouldn't a character lose their cool sometimes? Even the big star of the group is going to falter sometimes because nobody's perfect.

    5. ♥ Did you find a suitable sculpt for the character you had in mind or did you create a character for the sculpt you bought?
It depends on which sculpt and character but generally I find my favorite sculpt first, then create a character suits to his/her look. Sometimes I just like what the company designed, so I order him/her together with their default face up.

♥ What came first to you? The visual concept of the character or the behavior and personality of the character?
First must be visual concept of the character. But sometimes I have to change it because the doll I ordered or saw from their official photos. just doesn't look exactly like that. I may change their style, image and let face up artist give him/her totally new face up. Then the behavior and personally will come later after the doll got their fixed visual look.

♥ Once you had the visual concept or the personality of the character, how did you decide on the other side of the coin? (If you had a personality, how did you choose their appearance? If you had an appearance, how did you decide their personality?)
It's difficult to say but every time I decide to get a new doll. I'll have their visual concept and appearance first, so that I can give their personality when they arrive. For me, their appearance is the most important thing and only thing which makes me decide if I get them or not.

♥ Have you found yourself changing their personality or appearance often?
Notat all. I don't change their face up (unless it is damaged), wig or even their fashion. I like what they look like and are. The only thing that I may consider to change is their name. Sometimes the name just doesn't suit the character well. But changing name can happen only early their arrival. Normally I will name them when I decide to order/purchase but when they arrive, just doesn't look like what I thought before, so have to change their name to suit more. My MD Mir has changed his name for 3 times; when I ordered, his name was "Rikiya", his arrival - changed to "Osamu" and after his face up 'till now his official name was Fayy.

♥ How would you respond if someone said your BJD's character is pretty lame? Would you change it?
People have freedom to say or give their opinion. So I won't think much about their negative opinion. :) And that's why I won't change their fashion, faceup, name, etc either.

    6. ♥ Did you find a suitable sculpt for the character you had in mind or did you create a character for the sculpt you bought?
I always thought I'd be the sort to buy sculpts to shell specific characters, but thus far that hasn't been the case. I think I'm just too picky about it. Plus cost is a big factor for me, so it's easier to go after dolls I really love then let the creativity sprout from there. In the end, it's more fun that way for me too. I really like the process of character creation, so an excuse to come up with new characters is always a treat.

♥ What came first to you? The visual concept of the character or the behaviour and personality of the character?
Hmm, in the case of my first doll, I guess it was visual because the moment I saw him in person I immediately started creating a character. His face was a little spark, I guess. My second doll was the opposite--since he's a part of Doll #1's story, his personality came first and his appearance was more fluid.

♥ Once you had the visual concept or the personality of the character, how did you decide on the other side of the coin? (If you had a personality, how did you choose their appearance? If you had an appearance, how did you decide their personality?)
Have you seen Doll Leaves Royals? They're little stinkers, haha. Their face just screams "I am a total snot." That's how I came up with my Royal's character xD (He's secretly a sweetheart, though, don't worry.) Honestly, I'm not sure where the rest of his story came from, like the plot or anything. He's not even the main character.

♥ Have you found yourself changing their personality or appearance often?
I had a rut where I considered changing his personality, but that didn't pan out. He's here to stay! Appearance is more lenient. He'll never be completely "finished" because I love messing around with different wigs and practicing faceups. It's what's inside that counts, haha. (String?)

♥ How would you respond if someone said your BJD's character is pretty lame? Would you change it?
I'd probably say "you're pretty lame!" in a dorky voice. Like, I'd try to laugh it off and if they persisted I'd dump em because seriously what is your problem xD I don't mind constructive comments and criticism, but odds are it won't affect my character concept so much as my writing or my handling of the doll. Characters are more personal and immobile for me. If they change, they have to do so on my own terms. Plot and stuff is different.

    7. ♥ Did you find a suitable sculpt for the character you had in mind or did you create a character for the sculpt you bought?

I create characters for the dolls I buy.

Sometimes sculpts remind me of characters I already have created. I'll usually create a new/alternate character, still, although definitely drawing a bit on the old character. I love making new characters and new story-lines!

♥ What came first to you? The visual concept of the character or the behaviour and personality of the character?

Visual always comes first. Then the name and general character. Then personality. Then story/history. Sometimes the last few are just barely sketched in... just waiting for ideas to come. Sometimes they never get fleshed out.

♥ Once you had the visual concept or the personality of the character, how did you decide on the other side of the coin? (If you had a personality, how did you choose their appearance? If you had an appearance, how did you decide their personality?)

Once I have something established, I just build on it. It's easier to build on things than to come up with something out of nothing for me. So I have the sculpt... then a more personalized look for the doll... That can give me clues about what they are and what they do and what their story might be. So, I see something like a Soom Sard. I've always fancied a demon-like character. I don't like utterly evil demons, so I think about the fallen angel types. Not the same story, but my own alternate version (to be made up!). I look at lists of demon/fallen angel names online and pick one that seems to match the looks of Sard and a meaning that works for me (I like to check out the name meanings, even if I don't end up paying attention to it). Then I go from there, just building something that seems to work.

♥ Have you found yourself changing their personality or appearance often?

Personality--not really any change. Some dolls are more "actors" who will dress differently every time and take on a temporary persona (cosplay). Others will stay the same in appearance.

♥ How would you respond if someone said your BJD's character is pretty lame? Would you change it?

HA-HAAAAAAH! NO. Are you kidding? I'm well-past the age where I care about peer pressure. Even when I was a teen-ager, I didn't care all that much.

These are MY dolls and I will do what I want with them. I'm not out to please anyone else with them. They can get their own dolls and have their own characters, thank you very much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I were trying to sell their story or something... I probably still wouldn't change anything unless the person had a valid suggestion! But I'm not creating characters and stories for anyone else--and even if I were--a creator first needs to be true to themselves or they will end up with a mish-mash of a creation.

    8. Okay, someone above me has already quoted this, but I completely agree with this as well.
2 of my dolls have an extremely cliche story that is loosely based off of a single episode of Creamy Mami. I'm pretty sure anyone who's seen that episode would totally call me out on my dolls' back stories. Not that I care. I wrote their stories this way because I loved that episode so much.

    9. ♥ Did you find a suitable sculpt for the character you had in mind or did you create a character for the sculpt you bought?
      - i found the perfect sculpt for Aria. when i saw her i knew it was meant to be. i saved up and got her!!

♥ What came first to you? The visual concept of the character or the behaviour and personality of the character?
      - i made this character up many many years ago on a game called Second life. she was part of who i am today. so she kinda lived inside me, i just had to bring her out

♥ Once you had the visual concept or the personality of the character, how did you decide on the other side of the coin? (If you had a personality, how did you choose their appearance? If you had an appearance, how did you decide their personality?)
      - she kinda had both.. tho she did change in looks on second life many times.. tho still kinda stayed the same.

♥ Have you found yourself changing their personality or appearance often?
      - no she pretty much stays the same. as changing her would mean shes not Aria anymore

♥ How would you respond if someone said your BJD's character is pretty lame? Would you change it?
-i dont care what others think of my dolls.. they are who i make them.. if you dont like it to bad.. shes mine and i love her the way she is.

    10. ♥ Did you find a suitable sculpt for the character you had in mind or did you create a character for the sculpt you bought?
When I decided I wanted to get my first SD I got thinking about what kind of character I'd like to have in such a large size... I started falling in love with Doll Chateau, their bodies are so lovely and ethereal that I decided it would work perfectly for some kind of magical character or creature (he is both :3 ) I'm still looking for the right head for him.

♥ What came first to you? The visual concept of the character or the behaviour and personality of the character?
      They both kinda developed simultaneously.

♥ Once you had the visual concept or the personality of the character, how did you decide on the other side of the coin? (If you had a personality, how did you choose their appearance? If you had an appearance, how did you decide their personality?)
      Er see above xD

♥ Have you found yourself changing their personality or appearance often?
I don't really see myself doing this... characters usually stick for me. They develop, but they don't change completely. That said, he is a shapeshifter. xD I don't know if that counts.

♥ How would you respond if someone said your BJD's character is pretty lame? Would you change it?
Nopenope... They can get their own doll or not look at mine if they dislike and want to change it so badly. I don't know why anyone would do this :/ it makes me sad to think about.

    11. I think that it is so interesting that "characters" are such a big part of the bjd doll collection. I never really have ever thought of my dolls as any character at all, but I must be the odd man out. With that said, I am having my first Character made from a bjd doll and I am very excited to see its birth.

    12. I always find it really interesting to find people who don't have characters for their dolls!

It seems to me though that even those who don't necessarily have some long complicated back story for their doll & know what their favourite cereal would be still have what I guess you could call a "persona" for them? Even if all that is is their fashion style... I think in some regard that counts as character! Often I think a persona emerges all by itself just by dressing them a certain way.

I've encountered very few whose dolls are basically only clothing mannequins with no character at all (nothing wrong with that either! Everyone enjoys the hobby differently).

    13. ♥ Did you find a suitable sculpt for the character you had in mind or did you create a character for the sculpt you bought?

Two of my dolls were bought because I was creating my favorite game characters. So those came first. The other two the idea's came to me after I saw the sculpt, and I couldn't get the idea to leave. So I guess in terms of OC's the sculpt inspires the character.

♥ What came first to you? The visual concept of the character or the behaviour and personality of the character?
Visual concept. One of mine started out as a galaxy space themed star child and became something more than aesthetics. The other's personality came first and I just chose what looked right until I got the character, this included some major mods and now I have a coffee fennec spirit (wat)

♥ Once you had the visual concept or the personality of the character, how did you decide on the other side of the coin? (If you had a personality, how did you choose their appearance? If you had an appearance, how did you decide their personality?)
I chose what just seemed to click best for one. And for the other, a personality grew over time.

♥ Have you found yourself changing their personality or appearance often?
I've only changed something once. And that was deciding to shell my first doll as one of my favorite game characters instead of my Oc Nadine. I had intended Nadine to be in another doll, and I felt it was best to wait and give her the body she deserved. Also the other personality was just screaming to be let out of the doll I already had.

♥ How would you respond if someone said your BJD's character is pretty lame? Would you change it?
No, and I don't stop when people say making dolls themed after my favorite game and mythos characters is lame. Having things that represent my favorite stuff makes me really happy. It's like next level fan art! I also feel uncomfortable having many of my Oc's in dolls because they are intended to be animated cartoons at some point, and the doll body would be limiting for them. Besides I'm wildly creative in a million other ways. If I want to do something, I just do it. I wouldn't have even gotten into dolls If I governed my life based on what others thought was lame or not.

    14. Huh, what a nice thread to discuss! I was curious about it myself D:
I don't have much to say in the topic, having just one doll, but still.

Did you find a suitable sculpt for the character you had in mind or did you create a character for the sculpt you bought?
I chose a sculpt first and then thought about some detailed characteristics that would match the doll's general appearance.

What came first to you? The visual concept of the character or the behaviour and personality of the character?
Deffinitely the personality concept was first! To be honest, I was quite unsure of his final look for a veery long time and I hadn't fully decided it until he arrived...

Once you had the visual concept or the personality of the character, how did you decide on the other side of the coin? (If you had a personality, how did you choose their appearance? If you had an appearance, how did you decide their personality?)
Well, it wasn't connected in my case ._. After planning my doll's personality pretty closely, I just chose a wig and eyes by judging if they are "nice-looking" to me. Only clothing was in some way determinded by a biography of the doll, because after making him a character from historical Medieval I had to follow some rules imposed by my choice. (It doesn't have anything in common with his personality though).

Have you found yourself changing their personality or appearance often?
No. I bought my doll a year ago and he's had the same appearance and personality since then. : D

How would you respond if someone said your BJD's character is pretty lame? Would you change it?
Well, I'm very concerned about character background and if someone criticized it, I'd consider their opinion and rethink the background to see if I'm really ok with all things that have been pointed to me. Some of the critique might be right and help me make my character better.
But there's absolutely NO WAY I'd change the whole character just because someone dislike it .-.

    15. Did you find a suitable sculpt for the character you had in mind or did you create a character for the sculpt you bought?

I found a sculpt for the character. I had been meaning to have him in dolly form for some time!

What came first to you? The visual concept of the character or the behaviour and personality of the character?

The visual concept. That's what almost always comes first for me~

Once you had the visual concept or the personality of the character, how did you decide on the other side of the coin? (If you had a personality, how did you choose their appearance? If you had an appearance, how did you decide their personality?)

Since this oc is almost always getting into fights just because, I thought it would make him interesting to have him be a very shy and withdrawn person. Usually however the characters just make themselves!

Have you found yourself changing their personality or appearance often?

I very rarely change anything about my characters unless I am truly unhappy with them. For me it feels like once I get a general idea they're as entitled to their identity as a real person!

How would you respond if someone said your BJD's character is pretty lame? Would you change it?

I don't take none a' that crap. I'm fabulous and so are my characters!

    16. ♥ Did you find a suitable sculpt for the character you had in mind or did you create a character for the sculpt you bought
I've had both happen. four of my dolls were "impulse" or ones I didn't plan for and then made a character for them, the others I had a decided character for then picked the perfect sculpt.

♥ What came first to you? The visual concept of the character or the behaviour and personality of the character?
Usually both at the same time, like for example if my characters personality is X I'd want them to look Y in order to match their personality.

♥ Once you had the visual concept or the personality of the character, how did you decide on the other side of the coin? (If you had a personality, how did you choose their appearance? If you had an appearance, how did you decide their personality?)

For example my Empress I fell in love with the sculpt and when I got her she looked so majestic in person so I decided to give her very ornate dresses and wigs. My creepy head Mr.Sunset I just made a very creepy head then I'm working on his character now.

♥ Have you found yourself changing their personality or appearance often?

Only three of my dolls am I still working on, everyone else seems to be solid.

♥ How would you respond if someone said your BJD's character is pretty lame? Would you change it?

It's my character not yours? But I would always take suggestions for stories, I usually ask my friends for help with stories or traits if I'm stuck

    17. ♥ Did you find a suitable sculpt for the character you had in mind or did you create a character for the sculpt you bought?
He's based on a character I use for an RP, and the one that I love best, so I definitely had a face in mind when I started seriously looking for sculpts. The next doll I'm planning is related to his story, so she is pretty much the same way. Who knows, though - maybe if I really fall in love with a sculpt that I don't have a character for, I'll do it the other way around.

♥ What came first to you? The visual concept of the character or the behaviour and personality of the character?
I knew I wanted him to be blonde, but for the most part his personality was decided before his appearance.

♥ Once you had the visual concept or the personality of the character, how did you decide on the other side of the coin? (If you had a personality, how did you choose their appearance? If you had an appearance, how did you decide their personality?)
Since I had the personality pretty much down at the time of his creation, I kind of just doodled him until I came up with something I liked. Mmm, in some ways his appearance is based on stereotypes of his personality and backstory, but in others they were just traits I liked/found handsome.

♥ Have you found yourself changing their personality or appearance often?
Not really. Of course, he is a character being used in an RP, so he's changed as he's grown over the past 3 years. However, the doll itself is kind of a younger representation of him; technically, the doll is a 19 year old version of a now 23 year old character. In that sense, the doll's personality has been set in stone, though the character's has been growing and changing.

As for his appearance, the actual character's appearance hasn't changed that much. The doll is a different story - I've stuck with one wig now since it's arrived, but his eyes have been changed around a few. I really like the ones he has now, so I don't plan on changing them again for a while. I've messed around with erasing his face and redoing it a couple times, though that's mostly to push the doll's appearance to match the character's better rather than any significant changes to his overall look. His wardrobe is constantly growing!

♥ How would you respond if someone said your BJD's character is pretty lame? Would you change it?
My Niles is my Niles - not theirs!

    18. ♥ Did you find a suitable sculpt for the character you had in mind or did you create a character for the sculpt you bought?

As a writer/roleplayer/fangirl, I almost always start with a character in mind both with resins and off-topics, though I've certainly been attracted to sculpts without thinking they looked like an existing character. That doesn't mean that I won't find my mind changing at least a little bit once the doll has arrived, of course! But I definitely go looking with characters in mind first.

♥ What came first to you? The visual concept of the character or the behaviour and personality of the character?

It depends... I mean, and it also depends on whether it's an OC or a fan doll (in which case, depending on the media, I have one or both qualities in mind). With Vince I had both solidly in mind, had to be flexible on some of the visual aspects, and found that his personality shifted a little when his looks did! But whether I create a character by sketching out how they look first and then filling in who they are, or by writing about them first and then coming up with a look, if I'm going to commit a character to resin, I have a good idea of both already.

♥ Once you had the visual concept or the personality of the character, how did you decide on the other side of the coin? (If you had a personality, how did you choose their appearance? If you had an appearance, how did you decide their personality?)

The one tends to inform the other, though not necessarily in the most predictable way. Using Vince as an example, when his appearance got a little younger and cuter, his personality got a little sweeter and more innocent, which is a fairly direct correlation. A lot of my (original) characters had both sides of the coin develop side-by-side, with me writing and sketching in concert as I developed them, but I do find that often, when I have a little more development one way, it helps shape the side that's lagging.

♥ Have you found yourself changing their personality or appearance often?

Well, aside from Vince's initial shift in personality, he's stayed pretty constant there. His basic appearance doesn't change-- he's a 'natural' brunet (that's the color I do his eyebrows in, since his two default wigs are brown, but since his character is a sentient doll, some days his hair is blue or half one thing and half another or what-have-you), his eyes are blue, his sculpt is, you know, fairly immutable. But his LOOK changes a fair amount, since he loves a wide range of fashions and doesn't feel the need to gender things. Some days he looks like a little boy, some days he looks more feminine, or more grown-up, or more of some aesthetic or other. (he hasn't had a new face up in too long, because I do stall out on what I want to do with him next!)

Pete and Billy are pretty constant, though. Their faces are going to be essentially the same every time they get redone, their wigs are going to always be the same color and fall into the same two or three cuts per, and their wardrobes are fairly limited in terms of what kinds of things they like. (although in Billy's case, I sometimes just like to get him things that are cute even if they don't really suit him)

♥ How would you respond if someone said your BJD's character is pretty lame? Would you change it?

Well, that would be their opinion, but at the end of the day, my dolls are my dolls and I'm happy with them as they are.

    19. Did you find a suitable sculpt for the character you had in mind or did you create a character for the sculpt you bought?
It really depends. 90% of the time I find sculpts to fit my characters, either my ideas or drawings of them. The other 10% is when I see a doll and fall so in love with it it sprouts a character of its own.

What came first to you? The visual concept of the character or the behaviour and personality of the character?
Personality first, looks later. That's how it always works with me. Besides personality defines the way the character will look most of the time.

Once you had the visual concept or the personality of the character, how did you decide on the other side of the coin? (If you had a personality, how did you choose their appearance? If you had an appearance, how did you decide their personality?)
My policy is to never force characters in a sense, they usually sprout their own appearances on their own after the basic idea has been set in stone and form. From then on it depends on my creativity to mold them into precisely the character "they want" to be.

Have you found yourself changing their personality or appearance often?
Never. As said before I don't force characters. If there is a change in their personality it comes through character development in their respective story. I'm very rectuntat to change appearances as well although the few times I've tried it actually worked to my favor!

How would you respond if someone said your BJD's character is pretty lame? Would you change it?
I wouldn't change a character for the world. They're my precious mindchildren and I love them, it has nothing to do with how strangers perceive them. Then again sometimes I might even agree. In a cast as large and varied as the one featured in my story there are lame characters, there are horrible characters, there are characters that I, personally, can never forgive the flaws of either. But that's alright.

    20. ♥ Did you find a suitable sculpt for the character you had in mind or did you create a character for the sculpt you bought?
it's normally dolly first then character. it's like meeting a new person. you see them first before you get to know them.

♥ What came first to you? The visual concept of the character or the behaviour and personality of the character?
the visual concept normally come first...they are the things you observe first right? the outward appearence... then you find hints of who they are through their appearence...once the visual concept comes and then i decide a personality...i start making clothing for their personality so it switches around a bit

♥ Once you had the visual concept or the personality of the character, how did you decide on the other side of the coin? (If you had a personality, how did you choose their appearance? If you had an appearance, how did you decide their personality?)
the appearence always represent who they are. so when i have a visual concept i ask my self. why do they appear this way?

♥ Have you found yourself changing their personality or appearance often?
hmnn...sometimes when i'm not fully decided i try out different things...but almost always i end up with the first choice

♥ How would you respond if someone said your BJD's character is pretty lame? Would you change it?
why would i change it for someone else? its not their doll.

Thank you in advance and I look forward to hearing from you all~!
