Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases.       I ordered 14/02/2013 and the doll was shipped 11/06/2013 and i'm still waiting for the high heel feet because they had to be re-ordered, the doll had been in the stock but the heels hadn't been so they ordered them probably on 15/02/2013 but i'm not sure and the order never went to where it was supposed to so that is why I have to wait yet another 15 weeks for the feet

      I wasn't happy about the feet-part but luckily they agreed to send the doll ahead and feet when they get them.

    3. Dear ThinkPink.I gave all the right details to you all when I paid and it sent. The posting company however made the gravest mistake they will make with me and delivered to the wrong adress.i dont know which adress I dont even know where to find a depot for this and I cannot contact em as im a U.K. Citizen and the company i tracked my parcel with is dutch.3SKAAG5012202thats my tracker it said it arrived 4 days before my Birthday but never have I gotten any messages any notes and that post company made a major error or something whent south and today on my Birthday worst birthday ever.... I still want my MSC...My boy needs it badly...Please I need help e-mails for managers of that postal service to rant their ears off for making me wait and making me have to chase em up.The service from ThinkPink otherwise is good...just the postal service is ridiculous and i never got my order.

      * How was the communication? Okay, for the first part, being a dealer and all, they order sometime each month. My doll was supposed to have been ordered the 25th, but wasn't, due to lack of orders. This was fine with me, but I didn't know this, considering the fact that only 2 dolls have to be ordered for Thinkpink to order at Dear Mine, I assumed mine had been ordered. I had to ask them on their facebook page, to find out that my doll's order date had indeed, been postponed. Had I been notified of this, it wouldn't have bothered me, I can wait, but I'm not fond of lack of communication.
      Then, I knew they'd order the 31th, since it said on their website, which I trusted. I had to ask them again, whether my doll had been ordered again, sometime in June, on their facebook page, to which the date had been forgotten. I asked again, and was told my doll had been ordered the 23th of May. On my profile on Thinkpink, my order kept being on "Paid," and I got no form of notification of anything. I recieved my email today, with a tracking number for my doll, 4 hours after it had been delivered so...

      Also, I ordered a doll within a spring event period, and was pretty excited to see the poster that were to be sent with each DL doll sold. According to Dear Mine, this was the things offered

      [/FONT]I recieved 1 postcard, but considering I ordered a DL Doll, I would've appreciated the poster. I am not sure whether this is Dear Mine's mistake, or at Thinkpink. I feel like I've been spamming their facebook simply to get information out for a 505 euro doll, so I'm not gonna pester them for my poster, even if I am -very- miffed and stereotypically moody about it. Sorry for the outburst but lack of communication from middlemen who are supposed to help, just messes everything up.

      * How easy was it to pay? Easy peasy :D

      * How long did it take to ship? Uhh, well, I'll assume it took from 23th of may till somewhere in the end of June. Then, from Thinkpink, to me, I don't know. 2 days, I think.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? The sanding inside her left calf channel is pretty rough, and kept latching onto the elastic, so the left foot was very, very wobbly. She couldn't stand, but I restrung a billion times and I'm pretty sure I've fixed her.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes, the wig is much longer but...It's mohair, so, it's alright.

      * Were you satisfied with the product? Yes :) Looking away from the mishap with the foot, Dear Mine are the best dolls avaliable imo :D

      * Would you order from this company again? Yes, but not so sure about preorders. I've ordered a bunch of times from them without any sort of problem, but the first time I've preordered, made me realize I really would've appreciated a bit more communication. Sorry ):

    8. Dear Think Pink, I tried the neighbors house to see if it was there on both sides of me and no one received a package for me. It says its delivered and the not at home status BUT it doesn't say where it is now....I'm distraught to say the least and really want to know where it is...I payed a decent amount for it just cause its of the highest importance to my doll and Missing out of all the good days to even take him out with me....Please help me.

      Once I was done paying the doll (i used a layaway payment) it was surprisingly fast. It arrived in 3 days.

      I couldn't be happier with the doll. I ordered a tan doll without being 100% sure of how it would look but the quality is great, the face up looks really nice and all the seams are sanded.
