I had several orders in the past months. I've ordered items which were in stock: cloths, tools, wigs, eyes, little obitsu body and head and DF-H Misha (also from stock)

Super fast!

Absolutely - dolls even nicer in person than in the photos

Comment: Marcia and Joyce were super helpful! I've orderd a wig for DF-H Misha and they come back to me and flagged that the wig would be too big for Misha. They offered me alternative solutions, they even tried several wigs on the doll to find the perfect size and finally I could replace the originally ordered wig to another one. (Plus I've also wanted to add extra items to my original order). Marcia and Joyce were very flexible and kind with me, which is much appreciated! Thank you!

Peakswoods A.B Vampire Goldie, Souldoll horns, a set of sd shoes and some buttons for bjd clothing

The order was placed the 6th of August 2013 (but they recieved it in december becuase they where closed in august ^^)

The communication was okay, sometimes a little slow but they where quite busy.
They did inform me in time on updates. Unfortunately Peakswoods had not recieved TP's order correctly so it was postponed
* How easy was it to pay?
Very easy
* How long did it take to ship?
Well lets say the order was placed in september and I just recieved my package ( 22/03/2014), so it took 7 months in total.
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes evrything was well packaged and in mint condition
* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes
* Were you satisfied with the product?
Appart from the long waiting time, I am very pleased.
* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
They send me a very cute suprise as an sorry present for the long wait

Since they always where very nice and fast with my other orders, yes.
I won't let this one time experience influence my trust in them ^^

Yes, and even more beautiful in person ^^
Were you satisfied with the product?
Very much so, she is a lovely sculpt and is in good condition. The same goes for my event head which came with her. I would like to add an extra thank you for the eyes he cam ewith as they are very nice and I was not expecting them.
Packaging?
Order was well packed and arrived with the artist in good condition.

* How was the communication?
Non-existent - I really wanted to know when the doll had been dispatched, with it being the weekend, I wasn't sure when to expect delivery.
* How easy was it to pay?
Very easy - paypal
* How long did it take to ship?
I received the parcel today, 22nd May - so that's very quick shipping, but I would like a dispatch note when something's shipped. Also it was delivered by Yodel, who didn't knock on the door, but decided to push aside my bins at the back of the house (clearly no-entry) open the gate, go into my shed and leave the parcel there! Luckily I heard them push the note through the door - went out to speak to the driver about it. No signature was needed either, which I think is quite important for something that expensive!

Yes

Yes

Yes - plus thinkpink always include little sweets and a toy, which is a really nice touch :-)

The lashes do not really look as pink IRL as in the pictures, they look more purple.
But it looks as though they are a pretty good match to the ones I have, so it's not really a problem.

In Stock Orders are very fast - from the moment I get the info, that my order has been shipped, it's only 1-2 days until it arrives here.

Yes

Yes - except the "Pretty Girl 4 Carrot Red Wig" - the style looks IRL a little different.

* Would you order from this company again? There was some damage on the inside of the headcap. Blossomdoll choosed to ignore Think Pink completeley and would not send a new headcap. The headcap could be fixed by Marcia or Joyce and I am so happy with my Olanda head So.... YES!

I ordered a Migidoll wig from them (Marshmallow bob) since the Migidoll site apparently was out of stock of the colour I wanted, but Think Pink had one! Also ordered various misc items- buttons, cleaning block, eyeputty, pigment containers.

Good! They emailed me within 2 days to say that they'd shipped my order, and to give me the tracking number.

Arrived at mine on the 6th of August; considering the parcel had to travel the height of the planet, from The Netherlands to New Zealand, a little over a week is good!

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Their prices are in Euros which hurt me more than USD, but if I imagine myself earning in Euros I would say their prices are very reasonable!

They are nice and polite. They helped me to contact MD because of the error and re-sent the parcel again because the post had mistaken the address (?) Only problem was, the reply was very slow. It might take weeks and sometimes, I just didn't get every answer that I had asked them.

Easy with Paypal

* How long did it take to ship?
If there didn't have any error or delay from companies, it took only 1-2 weeks after paid and shipping to Germany time was just 3-4 days.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?:
Absolutely.

Yes. They packed quite well and always put some sweets inside the parcels as gift

Yes. However, my teno has rusty S-hooks. I assume that is an IMPLdoll problem though, so Think Pink is not at fault.
