Well, I ordered him without faceup and in a different color, so: Not exactly. ^^

Its not big love on my side anymore (the color is different from what I imagined and his posing is not good), but his partner is very happy. So, I should probably say yes. And maybe love will grow again with time.

From Resinsoul maybe. From Think Pink definitely yes!

This is already the second time I ordered from Think Pink, the first time the item was in stock and was delivered sooner, as I wrote before, they were very helpful and answered all my questions ^^

good, I received updates by mail for different steps in the process (like the verification of my payment and the posting of my order). The mails were pleasant and professional.

The different products in my order were first collected at Think Pink! and then sent to me at the 1st of July, I received it that same day ^^

This was my second time ordering from Think Pink already, and I'll definitely order from them again if they have an item (or more) I want.

I don't think this is a matter of the company's quality of products, since even the best of items can break if treated wrongly. So, yes I would buy items I want from this company, and any other company, second-hand, if their current owner has treated them well and sells them in a good condition.

I ordered from ThinkPink, who ordered from Angel Of Dream.

You were in some kind of period where ThinkPink didn't answer, so at first the communication wasn't that well. But afterwards they answered quickly.

* How easy was it to pay?
My mom does the payment, though I think it went pretty easy? Paypal method.

* How long did it take to ship?
I don't know from Angel Of Dream to ThinkPink, but from ThinkPink to me it went surprisingly fast. ThinkPink told me I would recieve my doll in the end og July, and he's already here! So from them to me, a couple of days.

Very much

Yup! It did, very precise

Could have been better. I am an impatient woman, and after 6 weeks I dropped a note asking if there was any news. Didn't get a reply. Then I realized that because I ordered at the start of the month, and they order the 18th or something, of course the snakes couldn't have been in. Mailed again when nine weeks had passed. Didn't get a reply to that either. Then again, a week later I got a message that the snakes had arrived, and the day after that I received the goods. So I'm happy, but I wouldn't have minded a bit more response.

Very.

* How long did it take to ship?

About 9 weeks from angelheim, 1 day from ThinkPink.

Yes.

* What did you order? A Souldoll Soulkid body body, MSC, a 1/4 accoustic guitar.

* When did you order? The body on June 23, the rest on Aug 25, 2010.

* Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or dealer? Think Pink is a retailer and I ordered through them.

* How was the communication? Not bad. Marcia and Joyce were on vacation when I asked them a question so it took them a while to get back to me. It never had me worried though, as they are reliable.

* How easy was it to pay? Very easy, they offer multiple options incl. bank transfer, paypal and credit card.

* How long did it take to ship? The body took longer than expected. I suppose they were waiting for more orders before ordering from Souldoll. I wasn't in a great rush and I know that ordering thorugh a retailer can sometimes take much longer than ordering directly from a company, so I was fine with that. Other buyers might want to keep this in mind, though.
So the body took approx. two months to arrive, shortly before it was there, I added another order and Think Pink let me combine shipping. After that, the order arrived in only 5 days.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes. The guitar needs a little work as the hole in the middle is only roughly drilled and the Soulkid body needs some sanding.

* Were you satisfied with the product? Yes, definately.

* Would you buy this company's products second-hand? As they are mainly a retailer, they don't offer a lot of their own products, but if I find something I like - sure.

 

I ordered a set of s-hooks and putty for future mods to my dolls. Shipping was a bit slow--for in-country mail of items that are in stock really 5 days is a bit long, but once it was posted on the 3rd it all arrived perfectly fine one day later, so I'll order again if I need anything else.

Fine. I first emailed whether they were ordering from Resinsoul that month, which they confirmed within hours and I ordered my Gang the same evening. Over a month later, I did email with the question if they had news on shipping on which they didn't reply. Advise is always reply, even if you don't have an updated status yet, customer will still like to know . Advise for all: They recently started posting updates on Twitter about things like their orders at companies. That way I learned that the Resinsoul order had arrived, emailed them and got a message back within a day that my Gang had arrived. So keep track of their Twitter page
