      Really easy, I chose paypal method, so no problem. If fact, they detected an error in the shipping cost and they returned me the correspondant quantity practically at the moment they realised the mistake through paypal as well.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      I had to update my order because some items were out of stock; once my changes were made and everything was solved, it took just a couple of days. The whole process (from order placement to final shipping) took less than one week. I got it home in 5 days ^^.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

      Very reasonable.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?

      The product is even better than shown in the webpage photos!

      Yes, completely.

      Shipping was very, very fast (all items were in stock). I send the money on wednesday, TP received it on friday and shipped the stuff the same day. It arrived the following tuesday (May, 3rd).

      Yes, it looks all well made (cute frog slippers *__*).

      Just one thing: One of the shoes (which are plush slippers) has a tiny hole, but it'll be easy to fix.

      They answered my questions very quick. One of my dolls was ordered a bit later (so I had to wait for 3 months) and maybe it would have been nice to have known this by sending me a mail ^-^ Other than that the communication was great!

      Very easy, bankdeposit.

      When the dolls arrived at TP, 2 days.

      The Angel Fantasy body looked more pink in the sales picture, but it's the same sales picture as on the AF site itself so it's not like TP has to do anything with that :)

      I didn't have any problems except for a wig that wasn't in stock and it took to long to backorder it. They asked me if I liked to have a refund, find something else from the same price or if they would help me look for a wig that looked like the wig I ordered.
