I ordered a pack with different items a couple of months ago. Communication went good and fast. Items were all to my satisfaction and it was a quick delivery that time too.

Hello.

I ordered a in-stock doll (Souldoll Yon-P) and clothes, wigs, shoes, eyes and other things all in stock.

After a few days I got a e-mail saying that all items were not in stock, some were pre-orders and some items were sold out. I decided to choise some other items instead.

I had good contact by e-mail to Think Pink and even got help to find right sice wig for my Planetdoll Mini Riz, I was about to make a mistake with two wigs, that I had actually ordered.

The order was made on the 6. June 2011 and delivered on the 23. June 2011.

I would be happy to order from Think Pink again, I thrust them and they have a lot of items to choise from. Thank You.

* How was the communication? Very good! There were some problems with the order but they were very fast at helping
* How easy was it to pay? This was one of the problems, the first time the payment got through but the order didn't so I had to place a second order to fix it up (With Marcia and Joyce's help and guidance, they are very nice )
* How long did it take to ship? Around 21-22 days. But I think it was because of the initial problem with the order)
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Overly perfect =D These Mungyo are awesome and with shipping they were the same price than the 12 colors I had bought before but very low quality.

* How was the communication?
Good. I asked something about the body during the weekend and got an answer in couple of days. Marcia had been away and answered as soon as she saw my message. I had already e-mailed again saying I had decided to buy the doll anyway, but she still answered which I appreciated.
* How easy was it to pay?
Very easy, with PayPal.
* How long did it take to ship?
The doll was in stock and she was shipped in couple of days, as soon as Marcia saw my order. After that the arrival took about a week if I remember right.
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
I think so.
* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
I think in pictures she has probably has the 60cm body (which has much narrower shoulders), but in descriptions she was listed correctly as having the 62cm body. Her face-up looks just as pretty in real life as in the sales pictures.
* Were you satisfied with the product?
Overall yes. I might eventually mod her neck just a tiny bit longer and buy her smaller feet, but that has nothing to do with Think Pink ^^;.

Definitely, actually this was the second time I had ordered from them. I like their selection and it's nice not to have to worry about customs.

After a few days without any news from a first enquiry because of a rush at the shop, everything went smoothly once I ordered.

3 business days, as announced on the website. The product was in stock.

Yes. I even found the price quite cheap, as the product is made of real wood and fine quality fabric.

I ordered a 1/3 Angelsdoll " Ruby", a wig for her, a magasin and some stockings. The order was made on thursday, payed on friday by Paypal, sent on saturday delivered on tuesday. I got free shoes. I am 100% satisfied with Think Pink.

Over the years I have ordered from (and visited) think pink a few times! I've always been very happy and the persons who run it are the nicest people with the best hearts. The door to the shop is (almost :P ) always open and your free to drink coffee or tea, walk around and look and buy.. as long as you like. They give good advice, help out and are very good at what they do! 10+++ for you guys!
