Oooh I'm going to be getting those shoes for Nuri...I like dolls that I can pose and set them up in all sorts of positions

 

Do you know how long the large Minas will be Carrie? I am dying to see one

 

Those shoes are fab Carrie, can't wait until the large Mina is ready so I can spoil her with them..mind you they will also fit my HDL who has no nice shoesies as her little fat feet make finding nice ones hard....hmmmmmm

Keep eyeing up the lilac and the light tan large Moonas too

ReineDeLaSeine14 your dark tan girl is lovely, such a shame you feel you can't bond with her. Sometimes just changing the face up to make the doll more 'yours' can solve that. The nail sticker on her ear is a nice touch, looks made for her.

I'm like you, I draw much better than I take photos lol....love the picture you did BTW. I find Carrie's dolls such an inspiration as well.

Landlocked Mermaid what a delicate little flower you have there, she looks just like some little faerie you'd expect to see sitting in amongst flowers in the garden, singing away to herself.

lol of course I do hun, who wouldn't, in fact I'm so stuck in my ways of being obsessed with details that I envy people who can draw/paint like you do!

 

If it were easy to get a dark tan body I'd just get a body that's not so thin...I love her faceup as it is!

I have an eating disorder...and Moona looks like the way I wish I looked. Not the best thing for me.

 

Would Moona's head fit on a Resinsoul Bei body? I think she would look nice if it did.

 

That would be smashing! But how on earth would I be able to dye one to match my Moona's head?

 

Aaah, sorry my dear I didn't know. I can now totally understand why you wish to find a new home for her.

Carrie - I'd love to know what large Mina looks like too. Altho my brain is stuck on the idea of a large coco head. *lol*
Those shoes are gorgeous! I'm trying to be good at the moment and not spend anything until I save up enough for my Latis.
I've also put a Littlefee on my To Get list plus one of those cute little Brownie babies and of course I'm eyeing off your coloured resin in
your really little elves. *headdesk* I have some major saving to do. Doesn't help that I got my new cupboard which has released my old one without doors
to be my new giant dollhouse. I also have a nice mini cupboard that is perfect for tiny elves. *lol* I'm a hopeless case now aren't I?

I want to build a giant tree inside my mini cupboard, just have to think how to do it. Hmmm

Thanks to all who posted about my Moona...your kind words are lovely! Her clothes are still not here yet but should be soon. I also think I'm going to keep her name as Moona for now. She just looks like a "Moona" to me.

Something about her Tinybear wig-it smells really good! It's kind of a nice clean smell. I even catch my cat sniffing at it too!

 

haha I held onto my wig because while I didn't like it on my Moona...I think it'll look pretty cool on my Bei.

Now I want to conduct resin matching experiments lol

 

You can order a dark tan bei body from bobobie. I don't think resin dyeing would match Moona's dark tan.

 

You have to have an order of ten in order for Dennis to make one.

Well my largest dolls are my Pullips so each of the 4 big shelves will be enough room for 2 big bedrooms I think. Puki and Brownie can share with one of the Dals.

So I'll have in the big cupboard:

Pullip Oren, Dal Cinnamoroll and Puki on one shelf.

Littlefee Ante, Lati Miel SP (as a boy), Lati Lumi regular on another shelf.

Pullip Lan Ake, Dal Lipoca and baby Brownie on another shelf.

Moona and in the future Dark Tan Mina will share a shelf. A vintage look I think.

Then after scrutinising it today I think my smaller cupboard consisting of 2 large, deep shelves might serve me better if I tip it on it's side and take out that now vertical shelf. It would still be tall enough to have a 2 storey tree containing your little elves Carrie (I know I'll end up with Coco, it's practically a foregone conclusion) and then I'll have more width to fill up with a fake plastic garden! *lol*

 

I have a tree I bought it from Miniatura, but it was made using a wire armiture, covered by plaster of paris then painted. It was made by Pat Davies of 'Lili-Anne Miniatures' and I have a DVD demonstrating distressing techniques including tree bark
