Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       * How was the communication? Very good. There was some back and forth on Etsy (where I purchased) about the fit of the jeans before my order was shipped.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? The jeans were very good quality, better than most in that size for that price.

      * How was the communication? Good. I contacted on Etsy to inquire whether the MSD pants would fit my SDC body. I was encouraged to order through their official website after my questions were answered.
      * How easy was it to pay? Quite Easy with paypal.
      * How long did it take to ship? Between 2 and 3 weeks.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes. It's very hard to find highly detailed jeans in this size that are good quality and hold up well to play. The Yo-sized outfit was a little snugger than I expected, and the pants didn't fit my Yo-SD (too tight). The pants fit my Teenie-gem though so I wasn't bothered.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes they did.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Yes I have been. They've held up very well.

      Not the best. It took them 10 days to respond to my first email, another 3 days for my second one.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Easy; via Paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      If I remember correctly, they shipped my items on the 25th of September. It was Moon Festival in Korea that time so the package left the country after 5 days. I then received my items on October 15. I qualified for free Registered Shipping, but the overall experience of that was horrifying. To save my sanity, I'll be using EMS for my future orders.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      The quality is outstanding for the price, and their shoes are very detailed and well-built.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Absolutely, in fact, it's like they came right out of my monitor :D

      Yes~

      I'm not dissatisfied with their products, but improvement on their customer service would be very much appreciated.

      Two pairs of pants, one army shirt, one sweater, one pair of boots - all SD17 size. I also was surprised with a thank you gift of a navy sweater plus extra laces for the boots which was very nice.

      * How was the communication?
      All the automated emails were clear enough, however I did send the customer service email a message when I forgot my guest password. They never got back to me, and whilst I should have tried again (maybe through their Etsy store), I still think that's pretty poor.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy!

      * How long did it take to ship?
      It shipped on the 22nd Nov, so around 23 business days... not all that fast. It only took three days to arrive from there though!

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes, very much so. Everything is very well made, with high-quality material, and I'm very impressed.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes! However, the jeans I bought are a bit lighter in colour than the sales photo, but I'm not too fussed.

      Very!

      Not a satisfaction issue, but they never replied to the email I sent them. So technically they never solved the problem...

      • Ordered May 10th, shipped on May 17th, and received May 25th
      How was the communication?
      • I ordered through Etsy, so I got emails confirming my order and shipping, but I didn't have to communicate beyond that.
      How easy was it to pay?
      • Very easy through Paypal with Etsy!
      How long did it take to ship?
      • A week to ship and about another week to receive everything.
      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      • Absolutely! Everything is super well made and adorable, and fits my Kid Delf perfectly. The attention to detail is amazing!

      • Yep!
