Ahh, so they should fit then? I ordered a couple of Barbie dresses last night but I'm not sure how they'll be considering they were made to go over her bust :/ She's still sat in Incheon -.- I'd imagine she'll arrive in customs tonight, hopefully pass straight through, and then get delivered on Monday. *Assuming* she doesn't get stuck in customs... However! I am *supposed* to be ordering her tomorrow, so she's going to have to be kept a secret for a few days ^^; I'll probably show her off next Friday. And yes, ordered with face-up. They were very sweet, I asked for the same face-up but to make her smile, I requested green eyes and I asked if I could have the wig in the photo (as it says the wig is random). They replied and said all my requests were okay ^^
Eeep! Somehow I found myself ordering a girl Cupi with angel faceup on Friday, and tonight, Sunday, got a shipping notice! Lightning fast--can't wait now!
She's here! Five days from order to delivery--is that a record? Unidoll was wonderful--they gave me the angel faceup, girl body, with angel wig. I will definitely order from them anytime. Pictures to come. and here she is! I didn't care much for the angel wig--made her look frowsy, this is the only one I had that fits. She has a big head, so off to shop for a wig for her! I love her eyes, they are a soft powder blue/lavender color, and her body is lovely. Very poseable, nicely strung, pretty pinky cream color. I'd have preferred a more vibrant faceup, but next time around, perhaps. Now I want to order Dede! Oh--clothes, this is a Bitty Bethany dress and shoes, so easy to find clothes, thank goodness. Turns out Dede can wear Yo-SD stuff. Their torsos are the same length, Dede's legs are just longer. So currently she's wearing an almost floor-length dress that my little BC/Leeke was wearing, and it comes to her shins. She's also in a pair of Leeke shoes. I think her feet are a bit wider at the front, she's stretching them *ever* so slightly. Boots might be too restrictive for her, but I don't have any to try. The Barbie dress I got her was the perfect length, but Barbie's stupidly tiny waist meant it wouldn't do up. Her arms also wouldn't go through the sleeves. Stretchy stuff would be fine, t-shirts, skirts, etc. But no fitted princess dresses
For anyone wanting the Cupi boy outfit (including the suitcase, but no shoes) Unidoll is selling it starting April 9. Can't wait till they make the Dede outfit!
Oh that's great news! Shame about the shoes, though. (Although, if Yo/Leeke shoes really are that good of a fit, then perhaps we won't have any problems.)
Oh for goodness sake, LOOK: New Cupi Punky edition, also for sale April 9th. While I don't like the costume, I love the white resin. I would have waited two weeks to get a Cupi Angel in white resin, and I love this vibrant face up!
I know, I'm not into that outfit but I *love* the face-up! And seeing the little belly in that picture has just reminded me of something I wanted to say before. The definition on these dolls is *wonderful*. My Dede has shins, knees, tendons in her neck, a collar bone, shoulder blades, the little belly you can see in that picture, and even a little line that runs down into the belly button. I really can't get over how amazing she is!
Oh, please post her if you do! I'd love to see one in real life, she looks so adorably sweet in the pictures.
Finally had a little playtime today, and yes, Uni tinies can wear the Tonner Marley and Alice sized clothing! She can fit everything but the pink Victorian coat, mostly because I didn't want to risk breaking her fingers trying to stuff her hands through the sleeves.
