I got out my fancy camera yesterday and was able to take some shots of Yuuya today! He's been so neglected because I've been trying to discover my BF Olive's character. 002 by zaely mallow, on Flickr I really adore this little guy and I really want to get him a friend this year, if I can.
@Mylene I have a Megu (same sculpt as Nana just different release name) and she wears a 6/7 usually, but as everyone else has said, Monique wigs can vary a bit in sizing. If the wig is a tiny bit too big or small you can generally adjust it by taking it in in the back or letting it out a little. 6/7 is probably your best choice.
@spindlewood Yuuya is suuuuch a cute little imp. :3 If he'd like a friend, my three would absolutely groove on getting to hang out with somebody with horns. @JennyNemesis - Go Fish with tarot cards... Never tried that, but the boys look like they're having so much fun Will have to try it some time! @JennyNemesis Yuuya could do with more friends. In his story, he actually doesn't have any until his adventure to the Great Kaibutsu Kingdom. But he'll have a new friend in the house soon (e.g., tomorrow). I'm super excited! @Sakuri What a great box opening! The bit about "peace. Tranquility. I'm mature." made me giggle. Congrats on your new little guy!
Hehe, I only used Tarot cards because we don't have a Yo-SD sized poker deck. Well, other people's toys being too big has never stopped them before. I also just liked the notion of playing a regular card games with a tarot. Like, you'd have to be pretty out-there for it to make sense (and these three guys are pretty out-there) (too much sugar ). Many congratulations on your newest little sprout!! : Chibi Tsukasa is every bit as precious as Big Tsukasa.... and having the two of them together is extra-wonderful. Besides, every boy needs a nemesis. =D Oh yay! I was about to be very sad because Yuuya has no friends.... ;; I know, I'm a sucker. Yuuya is just so cute and deserves a partner-in-crime. So I'm happy to hear that he's got a friend on the way! Is he there yet and when can we see him? :

It is fun having a Tokyo Boys pair, although the one who's having a blast is certainly Nozomi. I've never seen Thackery so harassed before. I almost feel bad for him, but tinies are quickly becoming my favorite size. But so true, they all need some kind of nemesis, a challenge, to keep them in line. Your boys look so chummy there, but what's it look like when they fight?
Heh, they haven't had occasion to fight so far-- I don't even think they're the fighting type. Their purpose on this planet is to eat candy and make noise and have a good time: and these guys are serious about their job.
OK, everyone - here she is! Meet Maru (tentatively named)! She is a maneki-neko and the one who brings Yuuya to the Queen of Cats in the Great Kaibutsu Kingdom. She's relatively new to the Cat Kingdom and bringing Yuuya is her first big task. After bringing him to the Queen, she'll be able to choose her new name. Although technically her mission is complete after bringing Yuuya to the Queen, she accompanies him on his journey through the Kingdom, aiding him in his quest to restore the Oni King's soul. Decided to upgrade Maru's name to Maruka. Maruka is Maru's new name, the one she chose (with the help of Yuuya) to be known by after completing her task of bringing Yuuya to the Queen. Most Cats would consider her name rather plain, as they tend to prefer extravagant names, but Maruka is quite happy with her new name.
@spindlewood - I agree! Having a shorter name among even the longest and grandest would stand out far more. Maruka is a great name!
@Tatty - Of course, welcome! What's the name of your little girl? And she's a Chika/Kakeru mold, yes? Here's a sneak peek of my upcoming photostory... in which my Chika, Aysel, gets lost in the snowy forest and comes across a new friend.
