What are you Doll Plans for 2013?

Oh my, got one down already. XD

 

My only plan is to get the Doll Chateau boy i've had my eye on for nearly half a year now *crosses fingers*

 

I will complete my chibi army. I will.

 

Oooooh! Excellent, a place to organize my thoughts! I'm feeling pretty good about the hobby so far this year ^^ I feel as though I'm off to a good start. I'm really starting to think about developing characters I like and I've bought and sold dolls to no end and the crew I have now I'm quite fond of C: I like to think I've sorted out many of my issues with my doll family, there are one or two heads that I am still unsure of, but the rest of my dolls have definite character plans. SO! For 2013, I would like too...

1. Finish face-ups!
2. Decide what dolls are definitely staying and if I need to sell any heads.
3. Buy clothes and wigs and complete some characters.
4. Open face-up commissions again
5. Save for a new doll!

 

1. I need to get a body for my floating head.. xD

2. I want to make TONS of clothes for my current doll

3. Get to buy new stuff for my dolls in general

4. Finally get to make a room for them on the closet shelf they live on

That's probably what I need to do this year.. It's not much, but I I so much to tend to... XD

 

1. Start getting the right eyes, wigs, and faceups for my crew.
2. Sell the doll parts, clothing and accessories I don't use.
3. Get some SDGrG bodies!

 

I have only a few faintly possible plans.
1. Get Doll Chateau Colin
2. Get Doll Chateau Alberta
3. Get a Migidoll (I'm not sure who yet.)
4. Take Mercy (or other dolls if I have them by then) to a convention.

 

Lets see...

1. Buy more clothes for all my dolls. They only really have one set and don't need to wear black 365 days a year.
2. Sew more clothes, because I can only get better at it... Right?
3. Practice faceups on my floating head more frequently, like I'd always planned on (and procrastinated on).
4. Save up for a Doll Chateau Alberta, because every day I don't it feels like my soul deteriorates a little. I must touch those tiny limbs.
5. Find a way to manage my BBB girl's huge wig so her head doesn't do that flippity floppity thing.
6. Take moar pictures. Never enough pictures.
7. I want to fabricate some scenes with matte board for easy storage. Perhaps learn how to make some props. That would be awesome.

 

I've got a big mod project I am working on,
and I'm trying to get the floating heads onto bodies this year,
and also to slim the collection down to those dolls that get played with.
I need to do some Closed Eye mods on a few heads I got so that some of my main dolls can have sleeping/thinking expressions.
I miiiight actually get round this year to changing the shape of Kevya's eyes. I am very leery of doing that since I'm not confident of my abilities with my favorite character doll and his rare, no longer made head.


Past that, it's the usual "Make more clothes and props!" thing that's always my neverending passion.

*finding a ealder sister for Mars (Luts JD Terra): FOUND: Volks SDGr Lorina [done]
*buying another beautiful SDGr or SD16 girl..
*finding the perfect wigs for Raphi (IOS M) and Flynn (Migidoll Ryu)
*more clothes for my dolls ;P
*buying a taller body for Finnick (Volks SD13 Williams) - I think I want a Switch Humming 65 body for him ;_;

I plan on buying my BBB Cookie this year and to focus more on my sewing and less on the mistakes.

 

1. Make a new room box diorama with a window seat for my pukifees.
2. Find a body for my Narsha Zihu head. I'm waiting on two different bodies, but I'm so scared they won't work out.
3. Sew more pukifee clothes for my shop. I want more people to own my dolly clothes!
4. Slow down with doll buying. I have spent way too much on dolls in the last couple of months, only to end up disliking them in person.
5. Create my first boy character out of an Unoa Lusis head on my Narsha body.
6. Actually attend a doll meet (though probably not...)

I'm super excited about all my doll plans. But right now I'm just waiting for mail and I'm starting to get impatient.

 

My main goal is saving up to buy a Minifee Chloe! I hope to have the money by the end of the summer (giving lots of leeway because I'm in school) and maybe a couple of little things here and there, like new eyes, wigs, and clothes. I'm also planning on getting more involved with the media part of bjd's, such as doing the prompts (still haven't done those yet).

 

2013 will be me trying to save up while surviving on cup noodles to buy little monica's chloe. (maybe if i'm lucky they would have another limited edition of her? xD)

 

Haha... my doll plans got pretty much foiled when I said yes to my Fiance to marry...

My doll plans are:
1. getting as many of the "main characters" home as possible, so that 2. I can finally start doing photostories. (Mainly that concerns IH Bibiane, Arvid, Felix, and maybe Dexter, too.)
Then (3.) I need to sew more. Not in terms of bulk, but in terms of versatility. At the moment I keep repeating the same patterns over and over again, and I need to expand that and try new things. Also, get used to doll scale ... sewing human size is easy, but some things just beat me in doll scale, and I'm planning to work on that.

 

1. Sell dolls I haven't felt properly bonded with. If I can't bond with them might as well sell them to somebody who will.
2. Buy a Doll Chateau Hugh since I've been eying him up so much.
3. Develop more character for my dolls.
4. Do more projects, I need fancy body blushing and tattoos!!!

 

1. Minifee Woosoo Vampire Elf (ordered)
2. Sell a doll (One I'm not very attached to... before it's too late.)
3. Delf Claus (brown skin)
4. Junior Delf Terra

My goal is 3 out of the 4 but I can't get both Claus and Terra... -torn-

 

I'm hoping to get my first doll ( a boy) in 2013. I've narrowed the field but I'm still searching for the perfect one. I tend to like the larger dolls and a more adult look.
