Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023.     1. My main goal is not to spend too much money as I need it for other boring things this year!

      I would like to get:
      - Iplehouse Lonnie
      - More clothes and shoes for my Minifee

    2. Well, since 2013 will most likely mean a lower-paying job and not a higher-paying one as I had previously hoped, there aren't a lot of new dolls on the to-do list. It makes me sad, since it would have been nice to be able to bring Sam home, or at least a model that would fit standard SD clothing... though the latter might be possible if I manage to sell one or more of my 65 cm dolls.

      1. Sew more clothes!!
      2. Use up the remnants that I have and not buy so much new fabric until I need it.
      3. Finally get that Etsy shop up
      4. Sell my Dollzone Aurora ( :...( )
      5. Buy Dreaming Doll Mature Girl Judy
      6. (Possibly) sell my Island Doll Austin (more :...( )
      7. (Possibly) buy HZ Wang Ye for my girlfriend

    3. A bit late with posting my plans, but it's still the first month of the year, so here goes:

      -Continue to work on my blushing projects
      -Finish putting together Elune (Soom Topaz)
      -Practice taking better pictures
      -Redo face-ups that need refreshing
      -Focus more on props and dioramas than acquiring more dolls (good luck to me with this one!)

    4. - Purchase Kori a new wig, shoes, clothes, eyes. Nothing he has now really suits him.
      - Buy my next doll; the migidoll Cho. (and everything that goes with him)
      - Sort out a new place to keep them, this may take a lot of cleaning/reorganizing...
      - Spend more time with my boys: photosets, sewing or knitting, traveling, etc.

      Oh my goodness. It looks like so much now that it's all listed. *_*

    5. AH! my doll plans for 2013 is that I will add a new member to my bjd collection, alas an SD perhaps :D I plan on buying an aod 1/3 normal skin, and this is what i fear about the bjd hobby is that i get addicted more in dolls when i buy new stuff and add new family members in my doll family. although I really love them to bits thats why im doing my best to purchase the doll i really love. :lol: with my own saving of course

      Though I realize I probably won't be able to get these all done by the end of the year. . .

      1. Get a Minifee. (Soo Dark Elf first!)
      2. Get ResinSoul Ai.
      3. Make lots and lots of clothes; get better at pattern making.
      4. Buy all the eyes and wigs on my wishlist. . .
      5. Get a Doll Love Evol head to practice faceups.
      6. Get the rest of my wishlist. (HZ Doll Boss, DK Rena Elf Head/Xagadoll Hybrid)

    7. - sell some dolls to make room for the new ones coming in :(
      - get dresses for 3 more of my girls
      - get my new girl's body blushed to match her head's resin colour :|
      - learn how to take better pictures
      - learn not to damage faceups when posing dollies :doh
      - suede and change strings on some of them
      - get bodies for some of my floating heads
      - buy a new sewing machine to actually finally get around to making dresses for my girls (probably after a new mattress and possibly before a new tv *_* )
      - stop obsessing about RSDoll Marco and get around to actually pushing that Buy button (why must he be so pretty and have come hither expressions in his pictures)

    9. The number one goal is sewing! I'm okay at sewing, but I really want to improve. I just got back into the hobby and have been exploding with purchases and doll plans, and they'll all feel justified if I'm making their entire wardrobes myself. The other plans, which are almost just as important as sewing, are set building (making bedrooms, finding props, etc.) and photography. The resin plans will all fall into place around the bigger goals.

    10. Buy bodies for all of the floating heads that have suddenly appeared this month... There are 4 bodies needed... Each with a very different physicality...

      1) tall sinewy but muscly (70cm ish- maybe the new DZ 70cm body?)
      2) short compact, thin (65cm ish) - no idea
      3) tall unhealthy thin (70cm ish) not sure
      4) short, child-like (55cm obitsu methinks)

    12. My dolly plans for 2013, well I bought a used doll about a month ago so I plan on customizing her more with a new faceup, wig, and eyes. After I do that probably work on getting her some decent clothes, then I'm going to start on my recreation of the Tenth Doctor from Dr. Who. So, not taking on too much this year. :)

    14. I'm coming back here to update my 2013 doll plans.

      1) Don't want any more dolls than what I already have. I thought Luts Alice was cute and a must-have, but I've since changed my mind. I'm happy with my band of current tinies.
      2) I want a custom face-up for my PKF Bonnie, I just need to secure a slot with the customizer whose work I fancy. Luna's already with another customizer, and I decided that I really LOVE Mio's stock face-up.
      3) Start learning to sew clothes for my tinies.

    15. It took me two months to build a coffin for Celine last year and the pain, expense and cuts were worth it in the end. But since then I've been so slack. So:

      1. I plan to finish the clothing shelving unit. The wood's cut, I've bought black leather but need to cover wood and assemble.
      2. Make a stand for the coffin, again, materials are ready, just waiting for me....
      3. Now that I just bought a digi-cam have more photoshoots....I've got a full lighting setup and studio as well for this...it was too intensive and time consuming with my 4x5 and I have enough doing school work, developing, printing etc.....
      4. She wants more clothes...so we all know where that's going....

      I was thinking about buying her a playmate but she seems pretty happy with attention, clothing, working etc.....read Tolstoy's Kreutzer Sonata for insights....

    16. Oooo~ I plan to continue 2013 with lots more doll-related stuff, even though so far I've been very lucky in that area!

      My plans:
      1. Learn how to do faceups, then redo Luna, Esme, and Marie's faceups.
      2. Get a body for Mycroft!
      3. Get lots of cute new outfits to spoil my darlings~
      4. Obtain a YoSD Suzuna/Rengemaru girl!

    17. I have started 2013 the way I mean to go on. I bought my first bjd in January a Nabiyette and I now I hope to add some Realpukis for her to look after. I will also need to buy outfits, furniture and I have just seen the most adorable habitats that some very clever DoA members have made for their dolls so I might be making things to. Wow 2013 is going to be a busy year! :)

    18. I wanted to save money this year but nay XD
      I'm waiting for a Rhubarbe from second hand market, but thing is i also ordered a few months ago another Rhubarbe, the one i'm getting very soon (today normally if i can catch the package!) was not expected!
      So i did not cancel the first one... ^^

      Then another unxpected one, Ada from Doll Chateau was in stock so i HAD to buy her XD
      But my very plan is to finish the dolls i have at home and start to learn how to face up and blush!
      Next i'm planning to get a DIM Luria but now the Fairyland released MNF Céline...

    19. I have a Xaga Doll Lara on layaway as a doll for my SD girl (haha).. and I want to finish the Human Version of my Mr. Hunter ~ n_n that's my -current- 2013 plans.. it may grow bigger..

      Other:

      • I plan to give her a friend before this year ends but I haven't decided which doll yet. I'd want a boy doll, but no I won't make him just a prop for my girl doll. Haha.

      • Have the courage to join my local community's meets
