Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases.     1. Plans for 2013:

      1.) Try to be patient while I wait for my 3 dolls to arrive: Leekeworld Arianna, Doll Leaves Grown-up Amara, and Angel-Studio Dina
      2.) Definitely buy more clothes and shoes!
      3.) Stop buying dolls....
      4.) Finish buying and putting together a Dollfie Dream Sister that I started a while ago.
      5.) Take more pictures and upload them on flickr
      6.) And finally finish my plans with my boy (turning him into Bleach Ulquiorra; which I started this project july 2012)
      7.) Get the courage to learn to re-string! I have a couple that are flop-sy or are strung to tightly.

      And of course, more importantly, stop buying dolls.... I started off by saying 1 is plenty and I ended up with 7 in less then a year.

    4. I've already accomplished my main goals for 2013, and its only March!

      My first was to get some formal wear for my boy, and the second goal was to get his wife.

      Now, I'd like really focus on these two. I'd like to (not really in this order):
      1. Tighten my girl so she has better posing options
      2. Get them gold wedding bands
      3. Practice posing them, and learn how to take great pictures. I've got to get more pictures up on DoA!!!
      4. Re-do my boy's tattoos. They're fading and could be improved.
      5. Re-do my boy's face-up. It's fading. D:
      6. Get my girl her green eyes and a wig. But the eyes are far more important to me!
      7. Change the coloring of the my girl's eyebrows and eyelashes according to her wig color.
      8. Obtain more clothes.
      9. Be braver and take my dolls out a little more- maybe to a park by myself to photograph them.

      And, Finally... Start going to meet ups and GET A REGULAR MEET UP GROUP FORMED!

      ...Wow, I've got my work cut out for me this year!

    5. *Laughs* I sort of have a multi-phase plan for 2013...

      1) Sell off collectibles, crafts and anything else that may be worth money that isn't nailed down. XD
      2) Buy first doll.
      3) Do happy dance.
      4) Spent obscene amount of money on outfits and accessories for doll.

    6. Well, it's only March and this has already gone done borked itself!

      I did get a dremel, and I'm still waiting for the wigs and eyes that I pre-ordered, but Ronnie has since been re-shelled into a different doll, and actually became an entirely different character.

      So, for now, plan for 2013 consists of

      1. Find body for new Veronica
      2. Get her a face-up
      3. Make her not-nekkid

      Everything else got tossed out of the window. I also want a new drawing tablet, so my dolly plans are being scaled back by a few hundred dollars.

    7. Got a couple of doll plans this 2013--mostly from Iplehouse to fill some cast of me and my hubby's original character/story.
      Already waiting for my first doll, a SSDF Cane from LUTS and currently on LA for an EID Carina. ^.^ Here are the other plans for this year:

      1. Get EID Man Akando
      2. JID Tania
      3. JID Daniel
      4. By necessary first-time outfits...
      5. Of course, learn how to sew. I don't want to buy some other stuff all the time and I'd like to make my dollies' clothes with my own hands.
      6. Do a couple of faceups (this is the most exciting part for me cos I absolutely love make-ups)

      I'm pausing with Daniel cos the other dolls we found suitable for our characters in IoS and well, they have order periods. :(

    8. Clothes clothes and more clothes. I want to make more of my own rather than caving and buying all those lovely expensive pre-made ones.
      I'd also like to try my hand at making my own wigs, after reading so many insightful tutorials!
      Then there is jewelry. I'm a huge beading/wirework nut and the possibilities for dolls are endless ^^

    9. 1. Getting a BJD:sweat
      2. Taking Photography workshops and improve my photographical skills.
      3. Buying clothes and a wig for my future BJD.
      4. Going to a doll meet at least once.
      5. Improve my sewing.
      6. Getting a Doll-sized bed so I can make a small 'living' space for my BJD.
      7. Buy MSD clothing patterns.
      8. 2-7 Summarized: Preparing for getting a BJD.:)

    11. Ohhh my plans for 2013 are already ruined!!! I said I wouldnt add any more dolls to the familly and already bought 4 - it's march!!!
      Other plans are: making photostories with them, taking them out more often for pics, developing more the characters.
      Also, (not sure If I can do this) re-home the msds I still have since I dont play much with them ~ well maybe I shouldnt count this as a plan!

    12. My only plan, for the moment anyway, is to buy more clothes and shoes for my Erzulie. The poor girl only has one outfit! I want to add more dolls to my collection as well, but I don't think I'll be able to do so this year.

    13. My plans are pretty simple I think?
      I want to get my first dolls. There are four or five on my list.
      Need to get better at sewing so I can make the dolls I buy some gorgeous clothing.
      I want to convert some shelf space into a mini apartment and outfit it with some cute furniture 'n such.
      And, of course, become decent at photography so I can share them. :')

    14. Received my first BJD, and am awaiting the second.
      Plans include:
      Give my first doll a face-up, as I got her blank.
      Make clothes for both of them.
      Make a house for and save money to get a Realpuki Aki.
      Maybe will be able to get her a pet ari friend to live with her.
      And figure out how to put photos on DoA!

    16. Oh let me add my checklist over here which is very short :)

      1) Repurpose doll for another character -> Done. First he was an original character, but I wasn't into it that much after a bit. So then he was a singer I liked. And...I ended up picking a singer that I'm not as into anymore(funny that if I picked one of the other guys I was considering at the time, I probably would have left him as that). And it really bothered me since I really like my doll and don't want to be uninterested in him...so I finally did the most obvious and best choice which is making him a dolly version of my mascot, since I wanted a doll of him anyway.

      2) Revist DoA -> Done. I used to be very active here, then I went inactive for a year or so. So I wanted to try being a little active here since I still like dolls and I'm extremely active on a figure community site already so why not come back to this site where I can talk about dolls.

      3) Start sewing again -> Done. Last time I left off, I sewed quite a few pieces for my boy. So I started sewing again recently, since I enjoy it, i like designing clothes, and it's way cheaper than buying since I have a ton of old clothes for material lying around. And I always want cute clothes for my boy to dress in! And since it only takes me max two hours at the moment to make him something, I can do a few pieces a week.

      4) Annual Sakura viewing photos and kimono making -> I'm hoping I can do this this year, since the weather is kind of bipolar recently... I like to take photos with the Sakura trees and I make a different kimono for my boy for every year. I want to take him and also a few figures so I really hope the weather doesn't kill the Sakura or something.

    17. First, gotta get a new job to make the following possible, hehe:
      - I'm waiting on my first pukifee, then my plan is to start work on a diorama then a dollhouse! :D
      - Pulling together my YoSD Suzuna, and making her into a cute character
      - Buy a camera so I can take better quality photos

      - More dolls come next year! :)

    18. First on my list is to get a good/decent paying job to support my doll addiction, haha. Then.. buy, buy, buy! Nah. I really only have 2 more dolls in mind at the moment, so that's my ultimate goal for this year :) And aside from them, I'd like to buy/make outfits for my other three. Also, I'd like to start attending more meets.

      3. Put on make up for my newly home heads. :P
