What are you Doll Plans for 2013?

I'm waiting for my Ringdoll Sol (tan/fullset) I ordered last year & I have an Iplehouse Eric (realskin) on layaway & I will need to get cloths, wig etc for him. I would also like to get faceups done for my 3 floating heads and get them bodies but this will take some time and more funds than I currently have. I also have a couple of other dolls on my wishlist but that could also be a long term goal.

 

I want so many dolls, it's not even funny. Of those that I can bring home this year, I believe it's these:
- MNF Rheia / Celine / Mirwen (I will be trying to get all three)
- Souldoll Yeon-bee / Liddell (or both)
- a Popodoll 68cm body for my incoming Soom Chrom head
- a Withdoll girl or five

I'm pretty ambitious in my plans for this year. Who knows what will happen, though...

 

I've only just gonna back into dolls so I feel like I'm starting all over again! Some of the things I want to do are:
~ Get my girl a new face
~ Start doing and improve my face up skills
~ Sew more clothes
~ Buy more wigs, eyes, shoes etc so I can really customize my doll

 

My Plans:
1) Try to save up money
2) Buy wigs and clothes for my Msd boy
3) Buy my Delf Kid Bory
4) Get better at making clothes for my dolls
5) Buy a dollfie that looks like Nougami Nero and cosplay him as such
6) Find better pants for my Msd boy
7) Find and buy furniture for my dolls at Flea Markets or Thrift shops (Or online)

 

As I am new to this my plan is very simple for 2013 - purchase my first doll

 

My big plan for 2013 is to finally buy a doll from Volks. I've been in love with pretty much all the girls they make since about 2007, and I've never been able to because of the prices!
Buuuut now I'm finally hoping to get a job (high school student here), so if I plan well financially on top of hopefully opening up a business, I can buy a really nice doll! I'm sad because I've watched so many nice ones come and go (cough cough Rose + Bianka, Miruku/Kurumi, and just about every YoSD), so now I'm basically just gonna build up a doll fund and wait.
So yeah, that and probably widening my wardrobe for my Luts KDF Cherry Elf and finding a proper name for her. I've had her for over two years and I hardly have anything for her.

 

1. Kaye Wiggs Talyssa
2. There are at least 3 Littlefees that are a must for me
3. Try a face up
4. Try sewing clothes
5. Far more knitting
6. Read, read, read, all the helpful information here.

 

My plans for 2013 so far are:

1. Complete the dolls I have by making the right wigs and clothes for them.
2. Getting a girl; namely an Iplehouse Luna with the old body
3. If I can get a girl doll; make clothes for her that the guys couldn't wear (well could, but wouldn't want to as in dresses )
4. Get another suit
5. Make a whole outfit for one of the guys from scratch, and possibly work with a friend to develop accessories to that outfit.
6. Buy a BJD dragon
7. Finally take some good photos of my dolls

That's all so far but I have a feeling the list will change during the year hehehe

 

Plans (Hopes and dreams)

1. Get a moe line body for minifee miyu on a b-line o.o
2. Getting accessories (clothes, wigs, glass eyes) for current doll family
3. Get a resinsoul body
4. Sell who I need to sell (#1 actually -_-)
5. Start saving for rest of wish list owo

 

2013 bjd plans so far:

1. Save up for a Thaasa body to go with incoming Thaasa head
2. Make some outfits for my DC Bella and figure out her name ^^'
3. Get a Y-body-03 from Doll Chateau and head to go with that body
4. Start creating my own bjd prototype 01
5. Faceup Bella and Thaasa heads, body blush Bella's body
The rest I'm not too sure on right now ^^. Hope everyone goes well with their 2013 plans

 

1. I ordered Doll-zone Mo, Doll-zone Miss Kity, and Doll-zone BB Raphael, I'm anxiously awaiting their arrival! Hopefully they'll show up at MOC soon.
2. I plan on buying an IMPLDoll Dorisy, hopefully from someone on DOA, but if not I'll probably end up ordering her directly from the company.
3. My Mayi got a new faceup, and I plan on maybe getting new faceups for one or two of my other dolls this year.

 

My plan for 2013... Is to get an actual resin doll, LOL! Right now, my most wanted doll is FantasyDoll Lagina. There are other dolls that I want, but I'm trying not to think too far ahead into the future right now... I don't want to overwhelm myself.

 

Well in February I found I 'could' get a doll that I thought I couldn't lay my hands on which was also my first doll (yay!)... So I got my Maruader, I have been building a wardrobe (the clothes themselves not a container). I will have to mix/match various stuff to get some looks I want. Yesterday his shoes to go with the various outfit combo's came ^^. And a spare shirt i picked up (from the marketplace). Since I don't sew I am putting together stuff that will work for regency wear for men. Not easy. Oh and I am hunting down a 60's baby buggy to use like a cart to transport my stuff when I go places. It's going to be my "DOLL COACH"... I won't end up carrying a dozen dolls in a laundry basket to meets lol... And this way I can even help local club members when we do meets at parks or other venues ^^. My doll(s) will travel on wheels! And my back won't be destoyed! lol. So more outfit items and a baby/doll buggy by summer for now.

Oh and start checking out 'girl' dolls to find my guy his partner ^^.

 

My plans for this year are to buy a doll head (probably a Soom Namu), practice face-ups, get a feel for BJDs and see if I want to spend money on a body once I have a head.

 

this is a copy/paste of my supposed to be plan this 2013, which I posted earlier, around last dec.2012:
1. face-up and new wig for my MSD Sakura
2. Lots of new clothes and shoes for my dollies
3. accept as many commissions as possible(I've been saving up for a special dollie)
4. buy DD Asuna, although i haven't seen the her final look,i'm pretty sure I'll be buying her ;3

I, again, passed on buying crobi Ys, for the 2nd time T_T..but he could wait :3

and this is what happened to me as early as january:
1. Bought Dollfie Dream Nia Teppelin(my grail, btw)
2. Sold my Volks MSD Sakura
3. eventually gave up an DD Asuna, I didn't like her final outcome
4. Bought(actually still on layaway) a DDS Akira head

I just ordered my first girl! This was my biggest doll plan for 2013.

Now I plan to find her style, and get her some wigs, wearables, and try my hand at sewing.

 

My plans are mostly to save up money, buy a DC Christina, and maybe a Supia Rosy in tan, and then get properly into knitting clothing for my dolls ^^,

 

I need to down size on my Dollies! i love them but they'retaking a lot of space and money... and I have less time now, work is too busy.

 

I had another 'doll plan' thought just now... i went to go take a referance picture (just for my use when puddling about)... I NEED a camera... I keep wanting to take doll pics and being ticked that the only thing that works right now is my tablet camera... and they completely suck for that use. Nothing fancey as my vision wont let me get fancy just a point and click auto everything, type lol... doll owners should be warned they WILL REQUIRE a camera LOL. It's like a parent with kids.... 'must capture moments!'

 

I missed the pre-order for DollClans in April.. perhaps it will come again in the 2nd half of 2013.. *prays*
