What are you Doll Plans for 2013?

Here we are!

1) Soom body for my Tremo
2) F65 body for my Nanuri 12
3) Soom Dia male
4) FL Siean
5) LS ChenXing

And that'll complete my collection, I think!

 

Well, I just ordered my Iplehouse Asa (Thankyou CDS and Christmas event, WOOHOO!) SO she's on my list for completion...

- Finish Asa layaway.
- Get Asa aka Jiang's faceup done.
- Buy suitable wig for Jiang and for Theodore (Leeke Mihael)
- Buy Dollshe Bernard (Carrick) before Dollshe discontinues his sculpt.
- Get a few faceups redone...
- Buy the twins, Reese and Rhory (Migidoll Jina boys)
- Get THEM faceups.
- Wardrobe. Shoes. Lots of additions to both.


And those are my I-MUST-DO things. I'll probably add to it but. XD; Yahknow.

 

1) Get Miharu a friend/rival - Bluefairy TF Robin (gentle).
2) Finally buy Miharu twin sister - Bluefairy TF Jasmine.
3) Buy some new backdrop.
4) Set up a new photography set.
5) Find new clothes drawer for Miharu and his coming-soon friend.
6) Find a head to try face-up.
7) MUST try face-up in 2013.
8) Get supply for run outs tools.
9) Try to make some clothes myself.
10) Try to make furniture (chairs, tables, etc.).
11) Reconsider and re-arrange my wishlist again(&again).
12) MUST save up more for future dolls plan.

I may add more in the future since I feel like I forgot something. Hmmm...

 

1) Get to meeting people on here!
2) Start shelling the characters I have into dolls
3) Learn everything I don't already know about bjds
4) start learning some of the more popular sculpts by name and sight
5) Get faceups... At least for two of my dolls
6)Find a cheaper body that will match my luts '08 event head, will never afford a 400$ body, and I'm too scared I'll break it...
7) Learn to sew decently
8) Learn to use my new DSLR
9) Clean out a space for my dolls, away from the ever present sun
10) Get the basics for everydoll. Eyes, wig, at least one set of clothes each, and shoes
11) Pactice faceups
12) Learn to go to sleep on time so I have more energy for my resin

 

My plans are this:

- Get Mort's body blushing done.
- Get Autumn her wig.
- Get Autumn her body.
- Get Mort his outfit (it'll need to be custom...).
- Get Skuld a body (maybe, might be a 2014 thing).
- Face up Skuld.
- Get Skuld a wig.
- Get Rose a dress, poor thing is still naked (she's a unicorn so she's allowed!).

I think that sums it up about. I might thin the herd a bit, but I'm so attached to all of them even if I don't play with everyone...

 

We~lp! Some of these plans are already scuttled. XD; 1-3 are all completed or in progress, but #6 is a bust.

2012 was the year I got into the hobby, and I ended up with way more than planned! Somehow they just kept arriving!

2013 I think will be a slower year... (if I can help it!)

1) I ended up with over 100 Soom points, so I will be getting a Soom Teenie for sure! I'm waiting for one to fall in love with. I don't expect that to be too long I want a cream white Teenie since I have cream white winnie dee hands! I also want it to be a fantasy character to keep my Wave company.

2) Possibly getting a new Luts Delf. I'm waiting for a male sculpt that strikes me for my character Jessamy. I'll have to wait to see their releases.

3) I've been wanting the shell my character Byrony for a while now, but I can't decide on which sculpt I want for her. Luts HDF Lolly.... or ... when Pretzel came out, I thought she looked just like her too. Now I'm torn!

4) I also fell in love with HDF Brownie but I don't have a character for him. (I could easily create one. LOL)

5) Also, I need to get a body for my KDF event head from this winter. Her name is Marina and she used to be a mermaid.


Okay, so that's 4 1/2 dolls for 2013. I hope it doesn't go above that!!

 

here's some of my plans
1. face-up and new wig for my MSD Sakura
2. Lots of new clothes and shoes for my dollies
3. accept as many commissions as possible(I've been saving up for a special dollie)
4. buy DD Asuna, although i haven't seen the her final look,i'm pretty sure I'll be buying her ;3

I, again, passed on buying crobi Ys, for the 2nd time T_T..but he could wait :3

Well, for starters, my Hugo (LUTS Kid Delf Cherry) is flying in from Missouri this week, so I need to get him prepped for public viewing in terms of faceup, wig, eyes and clothing.

As for my other doll plans...

- Iplehouse YID Mars (if any ever pop up for sale)

I'll keep it at that to make sure I don't overspend! :P

Yay! Doll plans for the new year!

-Buy my first resin baby, hopefully a Bobobie!
-Finish my character on my Hujoo Yomi girl

 

Not much so far, but here we go:

1) Buy a DearMine Dune to be the boyfriend of my DearMine Angela Katya
2) Finally kick myself into getting a Zuzu Delf Lio in brown resin

That's it, and since I have a baby on the way and am not too wealthy/am in school, I might not even get those done.

 

My plans for 2013 begin with waiting :/ I have 2 ordered i placed and now i get to wait for my lovlies to arrive. While waiting I plan to
1. Attempt to get better at sewing
2. Work on my bjd sized chain mail and jewelry making
3. try to learn to make furniture or props with something . . .
4. Get a good camera and take lots of photos
5. when my floating head gets here learn to do face-ups

>.> now to see if I can be productive in my first full year of owning bjd's.

 

My 2013 plans are -:

1) Volks SD16 Garnet - I've been looking since early this year, but not found one. Although I have gotten an Iris, Olivia v2, an Olivia v1 Head, and a Ruby!
2) IH Jessica - I've been meaning to get her since the day she came out. But 10+ other dolls have skipped the queue
3) More clothes!
4) Get some Vings and Enchanted Eyes for the new arrivals.
5) New face-ups for everyone. I do all my own face ups and don't use face protectors - Most of their lashes are now a bit squished >_<
6) Photograph them more often. I'm horrendously lazy when it comes to photos. Most days I'm in the mood to take photos, the weather is terrible. And it puts me off!
7) Reorganise my doll boxes, again, and be even more OCD with what goes where and what not
8) More SD16 ladies, perhaps?
9) DS Bermann! If one comes up!!
10) SDGou Yukinojo - I Missed out on him as my card got declined. I nearly then went for one on the MP, but Ruby came up instead.
11) Some PetDolls from AileenDoll (I believe they're OT, unless with other dolls. But them dragons and kitties and fennec foxes are TOO CUTE )
12) A new job to pay for all of the above, maybe?

 

2012 was actually a time of huge reducing for me. I'd like to continue that theme.
-Sell remaining dolls that need new homes
-Buy more shoes and clothes for my mnf
-Practice with new DSLR camera
-Buy a macro lens for DSLR camera

As far as new dolls, I am considering a few... I do think I want another boy and girl, but I can't decide on the sculpts. I also keep waffling over whether I want to get into SDs or if I want to be an MSD only gal. Doll decisions are tough!

 

Have enough money to be able to by a Migidoll Miho (or Cho - I'm still debating).

 

Finally buy wigs that suit my dolls, and try my hand at faceups!

(I'd love to buy a boy for my troupe, but I'm studying abroad in the fall and big doll purchases are on hold because I'll need money for traveling and whatnot.)

 

*Sort the wishlist into “must have” and “maybe someday”
*Brutally prune the wishlist “must haves”. Prune it as if you were pruning the heads of your enemies.
*Consider if anybody at home needs to move on to a new home. (Just sayin, that one doll’s been basically ignored since you got it…)
*Resist the LEs. Soom shan’t get my soul this year.
*Bodies for floating heads! You bought them, do something with the poor things.
*ALL the faceups! And blushing. Stop using the weather as an excuse to be lazy there are ways around it.
*Mods! Don’t be lazy, why did you even buy Terpsichore if you weren’t going to mod him.
*Do something about Drachengold, the poor thing has been in a box in pieces basically since you got him you are a horrible person.
*SHOES. Everybody needs at least ONE pair of shoes of their own.
*Buy clothes to fit the doll, not dolls to fit the clothes. No matter how pretty.
*On a related note, curb your HZ fetish. Pretty clothes have a price to match.
*Proper wigs and eyes for everybody. And stock up on eye putty, harvesting it from other dolls is perpetuating the problem, not solving it.
*Maybe you can bring Tohru and Kaito back. Maybe. If you behave.
*No, seriously, behave. Stop looking at the events, you’ll figure out later there wasn’t anything you actually wanted anyway.

 

1. Wait for my AOD ShangNai and Luts Rumi to come in.
2. Possibly get bodies for my two floating head that will come with each doll above.
3. Do face ups and body blushing for my Delphine (DZ Moon)
4. Make clothes for Delphine.
5. Make clothes for ShangNai when she comes
6. Figure out a name for ShangNai....
7. Maybe get a 1/12 doll
8. Stop ogling and wanting every doll I see. haha
