    2. Doll plans! I have a few.

      -Finish paying for the Delf Miyu I have on layaway.
      -Get an Impldoll body for my floating Leeke Noella head. The pink skin matches very well.
      -Get Enchanted Doll eyes for all of my girls.
      -Start sewing! I'm a good seamstress, but I've never made clothes for bjds, and I haven't sewed at all in years.
      -Once Noella has a body, she'll need clothes, so I need to save for that! I found what I want, I just have to get it.
      -I WILL TRY VERY HARD NOT TO BUY MORE WIGS. I love wigs, I have too many.
      -Maybe start looking for a Minifee? I want a Mirwen or Celine the most.
      -Give up on my pre-hobby doll plans because I'm clearly not getting dolls in the order I expected!
      -Most importantly, remember that my money actually can go to things other than doll stuff. xD

    3. I don't have a lot of doll plans for 2015, at least now^^ my main goals are :

      - Buying a whole lot of clothes for my incomming MSD-sized girl (which I've been waiting for almost four months now, I want her to come hoooooome T____T)
      - Maybe a few more clothes for my beloved SD-sized boy.
      - If I still have some money, buying a Dollzone Ivan and a Doll-chateau Charles head.
      - And I dream to be able to get an artist doll, but I know it's not likely to happen ><

    4. My list:



      • No more selling dolls! The exception being if I buy a doll and don’t like it straight away. But no more selling dolls that I used to love (I sold 3 at the start of 2014 and really regret it)
      • Finish Margo (my Minisup Sujin)
      • Get Lor’s face up redone (my Migidoll Jina)
      • Buy a new head for Charlotte (my Supia Roda) because her current head is doing my nut in (it’s really old and yellowed)
      • Buy 1 new SD and 1 new MSD (I have sculpts in mind but I might change my mind yet)
      • Learn how to do more complex prints on doll clothes. Because making my own prints is fun :D
      • Make/buy some doll stands because the doll storage situation is getting a bit precarious now. If one falls over it creates a domino effect. Yes this happened recently. No dolls were hurt but it was SO SCARY.
      Aaand that’s all I can think of for now.

    5. Since I have limited doll time at the moment - new job and all that - I'm planning to go a bit slower with buying new dolls. I also have a couple of Real Life purchases planned that will eat up most of the funds that would otherwise have gone towards more dollies.


      So my plans for 2015 are:
      - Make more outfits for the dolls I already have.
      - Find bodies for the story relevant floating heads - this is already in progress so it only half counts.
      - Find male sculpts I like.
      - Research hybriding possibilities for Iplehouse heads, both proportion and resin matches. I love the beefcakes' bodies to bits, but I can't have four SID guys on the same body! One can go on the nYID, but that still leaves two to be hybrided. I'm currently eyeing Granado's bodies.
      - Make everyone's proper wigs, including replacing some of the oldest heat-resistant fiber ones that are starting to look ratty.
      - Long-term project: Body blushing and manicures for everyone! Also maybe re-do some faceups.
      - maybe get (back) into knitting. I found some nice doll-weight variegated yarn and I'd love to be able to knit sweaters ...

    12. I think I failed on the majority of my goals for 2014 *sigh*. But new year, new goals, right? In no particular order....

      *Get Ammiel's head modded and face-up done
      *Buy S-hooks and proper wig for Ammiel
      *Buy wig caps as required for various boys
      *Save up to purchase either Rhas-Khan (Impldoll Ziv) or Eilian (Souldoll Rail). Bonus points earned if I could get both of them this year but not going to hold my breath on that.
      *Sew more clothes for the dolls that actually need them instead of the dolls that already have more clothes than they need *rolls eyes at self*.
      *Take more/better photos of my dolls. Also take a group shot of everyone since the last shot is over 2 years old now and out of date with regards to my collection.
      *Go through and organize all doll clothes/shoes/eyes/wigs/miscl. props and put up the things I don't need/use in the MP. Related to this, invest in a better storage system for all my doll stuff as what I've currently got is over-stuffed and completely unorganized.

    13. This years goals are:

      -limit new dolls to three this year. I have so many I need to just focus on getting a few I really love
      -try to limit these new dolls to MNF and Teenie gems since they are my favorites
      -Get bodies for my floating Juri/NF heads
      -Get my Appini and Juri 14 LTF painted
      -Slowly switch to Oscar doll eyes in my dolls (love them!)

      Lets see how I do!

    15. I would like to start to learn how to sew because it is expensive to buy clothes for 3 dolls of different sizes. Also, I think I will try to practice how to do faceup... need to study through youtube :XD:

    16. Already a little progress here!

      Definite
      * Build up a little more stock of purchased clothing.
      * Do faceups/blushing on Winry, Alphonse, Razzy, and Izi (inclusive of all sizes).
      * Do final cleanup, retouching and blushing for big Jace. -- 1/14 DONE! Technically he still needs a bit of gloss, eyelashes, and restringing, but that's relatively small compared to where he started yesterday
      * Redo Adet to the proper skintone, testing out the Mod Podge sealing technique to preserve the color.
      * Get some Spoonflower "kits" designed and uploaded for sale, and ordered so I can create the tutorials too.
      * Finish the current doll bed with its mattress, bedding and quilt (also do a tutorial for the quilt kit).

      Ongoing/Carryover from last year
      * Continue working on clothing patterns.
      * Continue making actual clothing.
      * Finish up Cetewind's wig (now that the right parts are here).
      * Continue working on Ed's automail mods (both MNF and LTF sizes).
      * Complete (more or less) replacing all eyes and wigs that still need replacing.

      Hopeful
      * Get Instar blushed and work on his wig.
      * Settle on a look for and blush/redo all the Soomlings.
      * Snag a couple of Soom bodies for the catgirls.
      * Bring home three additional dolls (FairyLand, Little Monica, Luts) to "complete" two sets.

      Longshot
      * Get a couple of F60s.

    19. Update 1/14 - I've been hijacked already by Iplehouse ... AGAIN! but happily? They are doing a limited RE-release of the Carved Heritage series... It may allow me to get my Leo and maybe Yur?

      1. DECIDE what my twins/triplets will be shelled in! Not sure anymore of my original plans size OR company wise anymore O_o.
      2. Get Leonard from CH RE release (<- this depends on if he comes with the Tattoo... otherwise he waits)
      3. SID Yur?
      4. Get backdrops or at least figure out a decent place to set up in my house for pics (lighting would be a nice bonus here ><)
      5. Get stands! With this helpful post I have a great place to start! Thanks Ash! ^^
      6. Specific clothing etc. needs.
      - SID black pants & white basic shirtDONE ordered from FT
      - EID tall 'regency' boots[DONE (SID if I can find them?) EID boots ordered from FT

      8. Maybe* a SID girl or a body and face up for my nYID Emilia head.

      - receive Bambi split: Bane's outfit & weapons
      - receive Law split; Law's weapons and blushing by ARS ^^

    20. I have 3 separate lists so far. One is for what I need to do to finish my current boys, is the new dolls I'm planning to get this year, and the third is the "other" list.

      Current Boys List:
      -Dai - new hands, wig cap, 14mm green eyes, probably a new faceup, snakebite piercings
      -Kaine - a faceup/skin matching, neck mod, wig cap, 12mm grey eyes, maybe a new wig?
      -Ash - neck mod, burgundy wig, wig cap
      -Hyden - a faceup, F-Doll body, 10/12mm brown eyes, dark blue/brown wig, wig cap
      -Eli - a faceup, ?? body, 12/14mm blue eyes, wig cap

      2015 New Doll List:
      -Leeke Mihael head
      -Bobobie Apollo on Gang body

      "Other" List:
      -Send all my boys out for faceups/manicures
      -Work on my photography skills
      -Maybe try my own doll sculpting?
      -Try doing my own faceups
      -Make sure everyone has at least one complete “look” (this includes wig/eyes/shoes/outfit/accessories)

      Hopefully I can do some of this in 2015!
