What are your doll plans for 2015?

I was hoping to take a break from buying dolls until the Volks USA Dolpa in September and just focus on buying clothes and wigs but I've already gave in bough a DD Sasara and now with the upcoming Peakswoods event retiring their old sculpts, I'll probably have another doll coming in. Aside from that, I'm hoping to repaint Vivi (Belldandy) and Shinku once the weather gets better. I need to order more painting supplies and MSC because I'm running low. Also hopefully take more photos and be more active in the hobby in general. -A-

12) lower the shelf in my room so I can use that for Kage and Musou's room!
13) learn how to make scars and untwist elastic/remove the head without crying for three hours when i try to put it back together >.<
14) start and finish paying for the dollzone megi you just ~had~ to have
15) talk to people about christmas and birthday presents this year because dolls are totally okay as a combined gift right...? from everyone..... for both occasions D:

I have a few minor goals:

*switch out some eyes to the glass ones I bought last year
*get two of my boys shoes (FINALLY)
*take nice, profile pictures of everyone

I haven't really started on any of them yet. But, I did have one BIG goal. To have one major dolly purchase. It could be a body for my floating head. It could be a new head on my wishlist. It could be a really extravagant fullset outfit. I wasn't picky, just something beautiful to add to my collection. And just yesterday, I completed by hybrid DiM Kassia! I'm SO happy with her! She has no face-up and she's borrowing a spare set of eyes and a wig that don't suit her at all and she has one, simple black dress to her name. But I don't care. She's gorgeous! Goal complete!

 

- I'm downsizing - selling my current YoSDs and all the wigs, eyes and clothes I've built up over the years.

- Get a Rosenlied Holiday's Child (Preferably the Bebe sculpt)

If funds allow, I do hope to save up and get an Iplehouse Bibiane in white skin. It would be awesome if I could but with money being tight I may just have to wait until next year.

 

Downsize a couple of dolls is the main goal. I would love to reshell one of my characters since winning a wig at Resin Rose. The wig just made me think that the doll currently used for my character just isn't right. Pay off a long layaway on one doll and maybe pick up another MSD for another character reshelling.
All in all probably my busiest year yet!

More like, four surprise dolls. One was a doll coming back after selling her (in good terms), and then I bought one, added an outfit to the preorder and poof, free doll. The last one was a perfect shell for another character.
Oops.
Next year is purely sewing and shoes. Honest!

 

My goal for 2015 is simply to order my first doll as well as accessories and clothes to go with it. I am sure my goals for 2016 will be much more extensive.

 

My 2015 dolly goals are just to get my two floating heads a body and send them to an artist so they get a faceup

 

Ramses has thirty or so outfits and does not need more, what he needs is a new faceup (#10, I think) I wiped his face last September because I meant to redo it in a class at Dollism, but I was so tired my hands were shaking that day, so it didn't happen. Buy him some new hands, articulated ones. I am sure no one else can tell that his thumb has been broken and glued back on, but it bothers ME.

Carina needs new eyelashes, hers are a wee bit smushed. Otherwise, she is perfect. I need to use all those peacock feathers I bought to make her a Vegas showgirl sort of costume. She also needs a claret colored pirate captains coat.

Cut down all the newborn T-shirts into Iplehouse EID male size ones for Etienne. Make him an ancient Egyptian costume, with sandals... and yes, yet more jewelry.

Nefertari wants something Edwardian, kind of Edward Gorey-ish, in grey and white, and dainty little grey boots to go with it. She is tired of wearing only ancient Egyptian.

Pandemonium would like something that is not black.

Lili wants something girly in red or pink silk, probably a Regency gown.

I am planning to buy an Island doll An for my birthday next month.

I purely NEED a doll that looks like the famous portrait bust of Nefertiti...sigh, if anyone knows if such a doll exists PLEASE tell me! Otherwise I may settle for an Iplehouse Aaliyah.
