Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. ....enough that I should be embarrassed? xD

      I've probably bought...I don't know, 40 secondhand dolls? And sold most of them. I change my mind way too much. I don't look at most Gallery photos though except Gallery+ and for specific sculpts I wish to see, so most doll sculpts I've fallen in love with and purchased new were seen on doll companies' websites rather than me becoming enamored on DoA.

    2. Any dolls that came after my first two XD. Dollzone I discovered entirely on my own, but I wouldn't have found La Légende de Temps, Granado or Supia if it hadn't been for DoA. I guess that means DoA is the main party responsible for the fact that I didn't stick to my original plan of getting 'only' two dolls ;).

    5. One LTF and one TG from the Marketplace, I joined group orders for wigs and joined splits for fantasy parts. All in all I can say I ordered most of my dolls because of DoA because I heard about most companies I bought from here.

    6. All the ones I bought at the Marketplace :D My IH Bichun, most notably. But about 10 dolls in all. Plus the News feed shows me new company dolls - even tho I would have gone to look at them, DoA makes it easier. I doubt I'd have seen the Soom special on Hyperon if I hadn't seen it here (& that would have made me very sad).

    7. Well, three of my dolls and one additional head came from the MP, so those clearly were. But I'd also say that the huge number of dolls that I ordered in 2011 were due to having my eyes opened to the diversity of sculpts because of being on DoA (prior to joining I'd been following maybe 3 companies), so in that sense a full two-thirds of my collection is.

    8. In terms of companies, I learned of most of them through DoA, so technically almost all of my dolls...? xD

      In terms of sculpts, though, I actually used to dislike Lusis, until I kept seeing people's Lusis' everywhere on DoA. To begin with I was like, "Nah, don't like them!" and then suddenly I needed one. So, yeah... You lot are a bad influence! XP

    9. Tiny dolls like Dollzone Leo and Verne I bought because DOA introduced tiny tiny bjd to me! IDK if I would have gotten them otherwise because I was scared that because they were smaller, I thought the quality would not be as good. Boy was I wrong!

    14. My Soom Grit I got all because of here, I was looking around on the MP and stumbled across his sale thread and I fell in love with his adorable fanged face and gargoyle feet and hands. I never would have seen him otherwise because he is a Soom MD, and they are so wonderfully limited :/ I am rather new to the hobby so I have a love - hate relationship with limited dolls. They always make me wish I had gotten into this hobby sooner. Still I love my Grit, and it's all thanks to DoA!

      Actually, all the Volks I currently have.

      If I hadn't seen the owner pics here I never would have liked Volks. In fact, the only Volks doll that I've liked from the website pictures has been Creamy Mami- and even then, I think it's because I now know what lies beneath Volks default faceups xD

      Also, DD's. I have one coming to me this year- I never liked vinyl dolls until seeing some of the girls on this forum *nod*
