I only really know of Chibi unoa, minifee and one atelier momoni doll (I forgot the name) I wonder what they are classified as since they are usually a bit smaller then MSD and are just too big to be YOSD I like this size range and I hope to see more dolls in it!
Although people use them a lot, MSD and YoSD are specifically Volks terminology, meant for their own doll categories. Dolls in the 40 to 49cm range are called mini, and anything 39cm or smaller is a tiny - so you actually have a mixed group of sizes in the ones you mentioned.
Minifees and dolls of a similar size also get called 'slim minis'. This tends to come up in reference to clothes sizes as clothes made for 'slim minis' are usually a bit too small for MSDs in the 40cm range.
The only other in-between mini and tiny I can think of are the old Custom House (Aidolls) Little Junior line, which was 30cm and 35cm. And Lati Green line, I think.
I call them Inbetweenies, since they're neither Yo-size nor MSD size. I have seven of that size, and that's how think of and refer to them. MSDs and inbetweenies in the bottom of the cabinet Teddy
