What is your grail doll?

I have three Holy Grails (so greedy!! >:/ ) And I've own one out of the three!
And he was the very first bjd for me~~ I didn't think that he would end up being my grail doll but I seemed to love him a bit more everyday by just staring at his adorable face >w<!!
He is my KDF Maska I love him to pieces~
The other two are Asleep Eidolon Xún and Distant Memory Peroth which is discontinued D: I hope I get lucky at the marketplace :/ Not many people seem to own him ...

 

Dollshe David Kuncci. Oh my goodness, I usually hate male dolls but he is just perfect, even if he does look a bit like that guy from twilight :p

My grail doll has changed so much since I started this hobbie. It used to be Crobidoll Yeon-ho, then Migidoll Jina.
Now it is Fairyland Ante, in all sizes. She is such a cutie pie!

 

Omg, Bermann. Like, if i ever could afford something that expensive at all. It's hardly possible for people who can. So, what can i hope for? Nothing, right?

And the other one i think might become somewhat holy grail lately, since Glorydoll doesn't exist anymore. It's Louis/Lucy. But there is still a glimpse of hope, there's still a possibility, and i'm planing on taking that chance untill it's too late & too expensive.

But at the same time i'm kinda confused, because i believe i possibly could someday save for a bermann. But it'll take me ages, while the prices are rising every month. That makes me panic. Because all those little(comparing to the grail) money i spend on my dolls if put together could rich the bar and i could start waiting for bermann to show up (you may saay i'm a dreeeaameer). If i think this way spending any money at all feels like trifling. I mean, i feel like i might have a chance someday, but thus i'll miss it 'cause i won't have enough money. Like, it's already impossible for me to get that doll, and every year it will be getting even more impossible... Oh, that's so hopeless. That's what i call the actual grail doll. 'Cause, anyhow, the other ones are possible, one way or another. And he is not. And i'm in love with him.

 

I find that my "grail doll" changes from year to year or every couple of years. Right now the list has been wiped clean and I don't have anyone that I'm searching for (not even any of my previous grail dolls). I do still tend to gravitate towards older sculpts/companies though, especially if they aren't around anymore.

 

I think it's called 'grail' because it's hard to find or buy, otherwise it's just your 'favourite' doll, imo.

My 1st grail is a Soom Sard, but when he comes in the market is hardly the full set, and if it is, it's too expensive considering I own 2 Dia boys already.

2nd. Volks Genji

3rd. Volks Shiro Tachibana tan.

Both too expensive and rare. I remember seeing one Shiro for sale after his release.... sad

Probably a Soom Sabik for me...

 

My original grail was an Elfdoll Ryung, but it has long since changed to a Dollmore Trinity Elysia. Funny how tastes can change over the years. :-)

My two grails currently are Nabarro's Har and Demiurge's Renault. They've both been limited and I managed to entirely miss out on them. Buuuut hope dies last and until last month I had another grail doll (my choco Manon), where I thought I'd never ever find her and she's now here, so neverrrr say never

 

My old grail doll was Dollzone Stramonium, but I don't consider her that anymore since she's actually within reach now. So my new grail doll is Dollmore Malli, because her sculpt looks remarkably like the facegen I made for my OC Mia in Oblivion and Skyrim~

 

My graildoll was Leekeworld Mikhaila, she is now in my collection.
Got loads of other grails now xD Elfdoll Soah is one of them.

 

My Grail doll is a cream white Soom Nor, with both a romance head and human head, wing parts and human leg parts, no bird feet parts. oh yes
that specific. Because I want him to be my favorite OC, Pidge. This guy:


Pidge has been my OC even before I liked dolls, so I really want to have a doll of him and soom nor is a perfect fit unfortunately, it's hard to find a Nor that has all the parts I want

 

I have three, though one is a lot more realistic then the other two
Unoa Sist is my number one at the moment
then a Full Set Soom Cuprit- she's the doll that made me fall in love with all of them
DoD Delphine- she's just gorgous and I love her super young looking face

 

One of my grails was a Dollshe Saint. I got one and a spare head during the last "discontinuation" event. Now that they are not discontinued, I am planning on getting bodies for the spare Saint and the spare Bernard heads
My other grail doll I don't know if I'll ever get. I want a Unoa Zero Kit that I can put together myself. Most of the ones I've found are already assembled and painted :/ :P The whole thing with this is for me to be able to assemble and style the doll from scratch. That and I love Unoa bodies, but don't really like MSD dolls much.

 

Have I answered this recently? If so forgive me. It's late, lol. If you had asked me this when I first started I'd have said Iplehouse Luo and I still love him but I just consider him unaffordable really. I still want a RS Dai badly, and I will never give up on her, but right now my major doll obsession is admittedly Dollshe's Saint. I want a pale skinned Saint head so badly it's not even funny. I don't like the Dollshe body much but that pretty boy head I covet the open eyed one like crazy. I've been totally obsessed since I first spotted one.

 

My grail doll would be a NS Raspberry, from Asella. I've literally cried over this doll. (Is that weird?) It was one of the first dolls I came across when I first took an interest in the hobby that made me stop and fawn. It's been like that ever since.

My second would be a Volks full set Hina Ichigo. Buutttt I'm almost certain she's impossible for my budget.

If I were to pick a 3rd, it would be a Dollfie Dream Dynamite base body, with an 06 head and a large bust piece. She would also be a gift, to my fiance. I want so very badly to give it to him. :c
