What is your grail doll?

My wishlist is pretty reasonable except one. I really want the full Minifee breakaway set. It's an event item. I just have the best plan for it if I ever get my hands on it. There someone selling it now in the MP. I'm so excited. But it's going to be a huge deal to afford it. They want $800 for the full set, which isn't too much of a mark up, since they have EVERYTHING. But whooo. thats a tv and a game console...It is the doll I want most though...and I'm only planning on owning 4 dolls. So I better make this one worth it

 

Currently, my "grail doll" is only most of a doll... I really want a Volks SD17 body to match up with a floating head. x3 Maybe someday... *w*/

 

I fell in love with LTF Ante and Leah the first time I saw them. I'll get Ante some time in summer, am right now paying her off. One other grail doll would be Mr. Magoo, a Realpuki Wovenflame had once. Ban Sidhe made his faceup and somehow this guy reminds me of a boy I know and who has the same grin. If ever I can get hold of him I will grab him with both hands!

At the moment I am obsessed with the Limhwa Dreaming Half Elf.
I can't stop looking at pictures of her! She's too perfect. *drools*

 

I suppose I've come up with another couple of grails beyond the ones I mentioned previously in this thread... I'm hunting endlessly for a 46-50 cm female body with beast (feline, specifically) legs, that's reasonably priced, for a couple of my MNM heads. They're sculpted so huge that I need a slightly larger MSD to a small SD for them. (Plus it gets them into scale with the others in that family!)

I also want a FairyLand F60 Shiwoo-El pair... which is held back both by the fact that I failed my last time with the SD scale, and that I can't actually buy a F60 Shiwoo. (I've also realized the irony that these two were incredibly popular when I started, and back then... I didn't see the appeal. Late to the party, I suppose! Though I like the F60 body better than the Luts body anyway.)

 

Right now my grail is a Feeple60 Mirwen. I hope that Fairyland will reopen orders for Feeples by next summer because my mom and I want to put in a huge order. ^^ She's going to shell my oldest and most complete character, so she's my current grabby-hands dolly. xD

 

I think mine keeps changing... at first it was Migidoll Ell (and I still really really like him ; but recently Ive been very attracted to SoulDoll Eliot and I just want him so baaaad *cries everywhere* but he's very expensive and It's going to be a lot of saving.

 

My grail doll is on her way When unoa came with unoa chibi I was lost. But I knew I could't ever afford one. I wanted a tan color. My 2 other dollies were in the closet and I've sold them and sold some other stuff. (I was lucky enough that people bought from me ) Now I have unoa chibi tan Roron on her way!! Never thought I should have one.

Funny,I was obsessed with her too and had 2 of them! A dreaming one and a normal one. But she was so big and I'm a real tiny lover so I sold her. But her face is just so beautiful..I love her face so much.

 

I buy primarily from Iplehouse, who is always generous enough to have nearly all their dolls available through the Doll Choice system. It makes me think - or like to think, rather - that all the dolls I want would be available at some point.

EID Rex and EID Arvid would be my current grails, though. EID Leonard was one when he first came out, but I put him on layaway just recently.

 

I don't have very expensive tastes, really. My grail doll isn't that expensive, neither has been my first doll.

The first doll I fell in love with (and am waiting for!!!!!!!!) is a ResinSoul Mei. I've wanted her for months, and just ordered her.

I'm saving up for my current dream-doll, Doll in Mind's Larina with half-closed eyes.

 

My grail doll is DEFINITELY impossible and super expensive to get. Kinoko Juice. If I travel to Japan for my Gap year, and know enough Japanese, I'm gonna have a scan around there, maybe... >n<;;;

 

I would love a Dollzone Anson. Completely blank. And a Moment.

My grail is mnf shushu. I have not found one that I can afford!

 

I have 2 grail dolls. The first is Soom Dia, the second Iplehouse Bichun.

 

My grail doll is Bluefairy's Kitten Louis. I really wished I took the plunge when she was released.

 

My grail doll or dolls (one does not exist.......i think) is a Tan Minifee ShuShu and I wish for her in Feeple 60 size >< but I know that wont ever happen so just the minifee i guess.

 

Ah! The one that got away!

Iplehouse Leonard in model body and normal skin- I would have bought him but priorities prevented me from making any doll-related purchased in his time. I really wanted that faceup, too!

And DollClans' Vezeto- I missed the 2014 pre-order period for him by a DAY! I couldn't remember the name of the company, or the sculpt, until I found it on Feb 8th!!! UGH!

So, I'm hoping they'll re-release Vezeto next year. I'll keep on top of their schedule. I also hope to see Iplehouse put Leonard on the Doll Choice list, which I think has been one of their best features of all time. I plan to order another doll with it on doll choice, so... ^^; Here's to hoping!

You know, now that the dust has settled, I think I can do without chasing after Leonard and Vezeto... because I've recently returned to Iplehouse Chase and Iplehouse Arvid. These two dolls were the first dolls I reached for in the hobby, the dolls I said "One day..." to.

I guess those two are really my grails. Dang, I'm an iplemon. XD I'm always saying "So, I bought this for my Chase..." "I bought this for my Arvid..." But I've been here for years and I haven't so much as started a layaway. >>; I will though.

When I've got the money.

 

Iplehouse Jessica. I would do ANYTHING to have her. She's too expensive though.
