1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

What projects do you have planned?

    1. Yay! I'll look out for it there.

      Poop! Bad luck!

    2. Ok! 1/3 size doll, colours of the jacket blue and wine red, with white grid and buttons.

Yes! But it’s inevitable when you make something without a pattern, just from the gut feeling. Had to acknowledge sooner that there was a miscalculation but l kept going till it was worse. Could have saved a few days or weeks of work for nothing. It will be natural linen lace with Baltic amber beads. I already have a shawl and a hat made. Hat still needs some kind of ribbon around it and l’m thinking if l can somehow make it using the same amber beads, they are irregular chips with holes, very natural and beautiful.

    3. Some of the mentioned projects happily completed!
A pillow case 15x15 cm. Got the printed fabric, made a bag, added the gold trim and tassels:

I'm mentally fortifying myself to start painting this guy - a hare that I've printed from a 3d model (it's called "The Fabled Hare" and it's completely free!)

    6. Thank you! Not much of my achievement as they were ready made real baby slippers from shop. Had to get them because the other doll has ugg boots for chilling at home, also baby booties and slightly too big, but that's the thing with ugg boots, they are meant to be clumsy and ugly.

    7. Awesome!

But YOU thought to get them and make them smaller

    8. @AllSmokeAndMirrors Looks so good! How did you get the wrinkles to look so realistic on the hemming on the denim overalls?

    9. Thank you! It’s not a real denim although looks very convincing. Look at the picture one up, that’s the same overalls from the inside, it’s some kind of towel like jersey. Very soft and draping. I didn’t change the hem, only reduced the width starting from under arms and inside legs.

    10. Ooo okay i see. That's smart to reuse the hem!

    11. I'm styling an outfit for an upcoming golf event. I don't sew but I love to decorate, customize and style their outfits, props, etc. Her look is more vintage elegance with a green parasol, white gloves, embroidered skirt, and saddle shoes. It's a happy accident that everything came together so well. I plan to post photos this week on my Instagram @mia.bj.doll

    13. I'm trying to shell my FFXIV character onto a Asai 70cm body and have a 3D printed head to go with it. I'll have to dye the body the along the color of the head of course. After that would still need quite a few things for him.

    14. He is the bestest boy! I haven't done too much work on him, but he kinda looks more like him now.

I'm excited you're going to make your WoL! Best of luck with your resin dyeing!

    17. Finished 2 fans today. The fans themselves are finished but are part of a bigger project. The yellow one is for Marie Antoinette style dress and the red one - for kimono. I did the painting only, fans were ready made.

    19. I'm assembling a Fern (left) to go with my Frieren (right). The next project is to 3D print her hairpiece and staff.

If anyone hasn't watched Frieren btw, give it a go. It's absolutely epic. In my photo they're recreating the infamous potion for dissolving clothes scene.
