Whats in YOUR doll carrier?

Oh crikey...um..lesse, apart from the boys and their assorted pets all wrapped in their blankets:

Comb in case of bag hair
Magic eraser and tissues cos Trys is a dirt magnet
Spare elastic bands/wig tape cos Stumble's hair is like a creature on it's own and frequently wanders off
Ziplock bags of spare clothes, hairclips etc

Tha bag's actually got a tag on it too with my mobile phone number and info just in case it gets lost at a meet...altho frankly I think that would be seriously doubtful since it's pink...

 

Ooh! That one goes on my list! Sometimes your only other choices are dirty cafe tables and newsprint.

 

i usually carry a hand bag and a doll carrier so most of my stuff goes in the handbag. . .;;;

A pillow thing and my dolls. Oh, and those face covers. That'd be it. My doll carried only has the one compartment though XD

I usually carry around my bag and the carrying case just because I cram two dolls into mine and its a tight fit so I have the over spill in my purse.

A comb, camera, and any accessories that I might want to photograph them with. I use the pillows they came with for packing material.

 

The obvious pillows for padding, magic eraser, comb, re-stringing tools (just in case), spare camera batteries, faceup-protectors and a ziplock baggy or two with cloth changes and accessories.

 

I never brought the old cast anywhere so there was no need for a carrier. Now that I'm starting over with dollies I'm only going to have one to begin with so I'll just be carrying her and all of the stuff has already gone to my purse. in fact, the purse has more dolly stuff than my stuff.

It holds:

All my extra eyes in one of the old boxes fairyland used to send puki stuff in

Toothbrush (also for hair)

Bandaids (I get pinched by dolls a lot)

And I always make sure Skylar has her bag (dolly sized) which consists of her favourite stuffie, some red string, Alexander's life (a marble XD), random scraps of paper, a plastic hamster, a small bottle of nail polish (the bonbon kind), panties (I don't know why), and her dog tog with all of my information in case she gets lost. There's a paper in her head with the information, too. Just in case she gets lost without her bag.

I don't need a doll carrier for at least another year when I get my next doll after her.

The puffy hand cushion/pocket things that came in the Soom zippered pouch
A pair of fuzzy blue socks to go over The Faun's hooves
A face protector
A blue ribbon for stringing
A random extra length of elastic from when I restrung Faustinian
A piece of bubble wrap that I put around The Faun's neck to protect her blushing from the face protector
A piece of plastic wrap to go over Faustinian's face, since a face protector won't fit
A small magic eraser in a zip lock baggie
A doll necklace
The set of eyes that came in the Chimera head in a zip lock baggie that I took to a meet to try and decipher their size

Seems like half of it is just leftovers in the pocket from meets and such. ^.^"

The Iplehouse carrier rarely gets used anymore, but it has one of the pillow it came with, and a face protector.
The Soom zippered pouch has two bubble wrap pockets that I used to cover Sherlock's hands and a "face protector" that is really a slurpy lid padded out with bubble wrap. Hehe.

 

Chae-ri's carrier is barely big enough for her (I plan to get a larger one soon), but right now she shares it with:

--A brush and comb
--A change of clothes
--Bento (Japanese food eraser)
--Laptop (hers, of course)
--A small bag of handmade clothing patterns (for when I find scraps at the laundromat)
--Mini sewing kit (ditto)
--Small pair of sewing scissors (ditto ditto)
--Card of snaps (ditto x 3)
--Plastic silverware in a baggie from Taco Bell (...okay, how did THAT get in there? Ri-ri, are you trying to tell me something...?!)

 

I dont usaully take my dolls out? I bring them to college with me most of the time, and I can just barely shove into Kotori's DoD bag:

and sadly, Thats about it. ^^;. You guys will probably think I'm horrible but I don't even bother putting Mr. Clean erasers in my bag. I probably should.

landscaping spikes (to shove into the ground to help stabilize the doll when posing- you can lean the doll agains them to help with balance, or run one up a pants leg. They're thin metal and don't show).

Extra clothes, wigs, jackets for the dolls, etc.
Inside the carrier- I have a souldoll carrier that has a nice blanket and straps, but generally I toss in another one, or a shipping pillow for extra padding.

 

I have a dinky doll carrier... But, hey, it was free.

A big cushy pillow to wrap my doll in

An extra change of clothes for my doll.
A lipgloss shaped like a doll size Mountain Dew can (I use it for lipgloss, the doll uses it as a pop can)
A DBZ Vegeta figure (Because my doll seems unhappy without him..)
A teal fur fabric swatch I've not made into a wig yet...
Sewing supplies
A little piece of magic eraser

 

laptop bag, since I don't have purses lol
