  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. My favorite part about the hobby is challenging myself and my skills. I found that I had skills in making things for my dolls that I never thought I would know how to do. Thanks to all the creative people who share their creativity in the bjd community.

    2. There's a level of support and encouragement in the BJD world that I haven't always seen in other creative communities. Everyone I've encountered has always been willing to share tips, patterns, tutorials, whatever. And people encourage and respect each other's creative efforts rather than trying to tear each other down. That hasn't always been the case in other creative communities I've been involved with.

    5. I have been a doll lover all my life. The bjds are taking it to a new level. I am amazed at what people can do with these dolls. I lie awake at night thinking about clothes I would like to make for mine, and so on. It a very creative hobby and filled with many very nice, very talented people.

    16. I love the creation process. I love getting a doll, choosing everything about it, creating its world. I've been able to learn new skills I probably otherwise wouldn't, like sewing. (Although I collect Blythe, which would do the same thing for me, I found BJDs first!) I've also been able to make some really awesome friends - even though its only online, still, its so fun to be able to have people to chat with and get to know!

      Also the fact that you get to travel around the globe by simply being connected to the community. That and I have gathered so much post office knowledge.

    18. Being able to be as creative as you want. Since I've joined the hobby it's opened up a lot of doors in terms of creativity. I'm interested in learning every bit of it, between making clothes/wigs to molding and casting my own dolls. Not to mention all the modding possibilities. You can literally do anything you can think of in this hobby, it's great!

    19. Seeing how amazingly creative so many people are with their dolls! It's just a fantastic thing. Makes me so happy. Particularly when there are so many sad things going on in the world or in life. The dolls and the beauty and love that people create with them is always up-lifting!

    20. I really enjoy the dolls themselves. It's so cool how many different ways a company can make a doll. I also love seeing how the community can take one sculpt ad make an infinite amount of characters from just that one. I love seeing the creativity from everyone and it inspires me to become more creative myself. I also love the process of character creation and photography people come out with from their dolls.
