1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

When do you consider their "arrival" date?

Aug 10, 2016

    1. I didn't really pay attention to the date my doll was delivered, only when I unboxed him. You see, he arrived when I was out on a holiday. I based his birthday on his unboxing date, and never did it cross my mind to base it on his 'arrival date'. I feel as if it's more of a 'birthdate' when you open and remove the doll from the confines of a cardboard box!

    2. For me is the date I pick the package and open it, I would never wait lol but to be honest i don't really remember the date later, I usually just use it when I post about it and later I just have a vague sense when the dolls arrived.

    3. Honestly, I never considered arrival dates at all. I almost feel bad for not doing so, but I enjoy all my dolls regardless of when I purchased them, when they are shipped, or when my dollies arrive home, or when I first open the package.
