  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. I don't have much experience, because my one and only BJD Soah came from a doll store in the U.S., but I did order her a bunch of clothes from Dollmore. I was shocked at how easy and wonderful the service was! I thought ordering from overseas would be a nightmare, but the customer service answered my questions at the speed of lightning, and helped me place my order as I had trouble with my credit card, then it only took 4 days to get my order all the way to the U.S.!!!! Domestic mail takes longer than that sometimes!! The clothes were beautiful, and I loved the free cards, suckers (yum!) and eyes they sent with my order! I will definitely be ordering from there again!

    2. This is a good question... but I haven't bought from a company in a long while!! I've been getting bits second hand in the marketplace mostly, or on YJ via Rinkya.

    5. Which doll company do you most enjoy ordering from?

      The one that ships my order when they say they will and who answer my emails, send through confirmation of payment/order/shipping numbers etc...........i don't care who they are, just so long as they do all of the above!

      So far Notdoll, DollnDoll and Dollmore have never let me down so they are my favs for now

    6. I just ordered wigs from Cherishdoll, and their service blew me away!

      I ordered Friday night, in the evening... and they arrived this morning.

      Wow.

      Otherwise... Dollmore for the win!

    7. I Highly recommend Iplehouse! They send lots of email updates and respond quickly on their Q&A board, so you always know what is going on with your order. Plus the shipping is lightning fast.

      Once I had ordered some items and then tried to add to the order the next day and it had already been shipped! They are so great.

    8. Hm, for dolls, Dollfair has been a spectacular experience-- very informative and understand; just amazing customer service. :)

      Also, I've never had problems with Luts. They answer questions quickly and have always tried to please.

      For clothes, I really like Dollmore. They ship *super* quickly and always include a little gift! :D

    9. Dollmore and Leekeworld, for different reasons. xD

      I ordered from Dollmore during the weekend when they were closed, but just the same, my order shipped the next day (or the day after, I'm not sure, but it's STILL fast! xD), and arrived within 3-4. The clothes were very nice, and they included a pair of acrylic eyes. THAT made me very happy, as my doll is coming in eyeless! xD

      With Leekeworld, I thought I'd botched my order, so I posted on their Q&A, only to find out that I'd done it right, and that my wig was already in production. Still, the site said 20-30 days until shipping, so I was prepared to wait...

      And then it was shipped a little over a week later! xD TOTALLY surprised me.

      I haven't actually unpacked the wig yet, though...just took the bag out to check the color. Waiting for the doll to get here.

    13. Been shopping from couple of them, but most of my business has gone for Soom. They just seem to have the type of dolls that I've needed.
      Clothes, wigs and the rest have been mostly from there too, but there have been several from other big names too.

    14. I just recieved Barron from Iplehouse, and I am very pleased :aheartbea

      First of all; they accept paypal. And, I recieved my doll, newly released, after 22 days! They had marked the value down, without me asking, so the taxes weren't that bad either. They answered my inquiries friendly, and gave me the wig that I requested for the doll. Doll arrived very well wrapped in his free carrier bag, had a natural, beautiful faceup, wigs were top quality, and I think that 605 USD for a doll with makeup, shirt, pants, wig and bag is a good price, all in all... Plus he is absolutely gorgeous! So... friendly service, fast delivery, top quality and extras- I highly recommend Iple! ;)

    15. Luts definately. Only because they home the gorgeous CP dolls! Yes they're my favourite sculpt company ^^ They also home most of my wishlist too (all of the must have wishlist)

      I also like DollZone Edendolls, even though sometimes it can be a nightmare trying to contact, it's a good service and i've bought from them a few times. Anywhere my little Rae came from is special to me.

      As for clothes i love DoD's clothes but it's a nightmare to get them before they're sold out so my all time favourite lies with Luts for sure.

    16. The only company I ordered a big item from directly was Leekeworld.

      I ordered a doll back last year, and thought it would take around 30 days to get to me. Imagine my surprise when it arrived at my doorstep less than a week later! I was completely blown away. Everything was perfect.

      I am definitely looking forward to the day when I order my next doll from them!

    17. Dollmore is my favourite to order from. When there was a problem with my order the owner himself emailed me about it was ever so kind and understanding, he even swapped eyes for me before they were shipped out even though i'd ordered different =D Definatly love for dollmore.

      DOD were wonderfull and understanding to me aswell. So kind and considerate and even shipped my order out early bless! Can't wait to order again *_*

    18. Dollmore has excellent service! I've always been happy with their shipping and their dolls. My girl Isabella came from Luts about 2-3 yrs ago and she came well packed, so that was great!

    19. Dollfair. I feel very safe with a native english speaker and feel that they go out of thier way to make you happy. Wonderful service, and I love the korean dolls- they are so realistic.

    20. Hm, I'm not really sure, but as of yet, I must say Volks. Their items are of great value and they ship quickly. Not that I didn't like ordering from Lati and Luts but so far Volks has been the best all around.
