Which is the most graceful/elegant body sculpt?

Sep 10, 2009

1. I'll put in a third :aheartbea opinion adoring the grace and style of ShinyDolls!

I have a Thaasa I, and she really has to work to look awkward. Smooth, gentle body lines, but it's the movement that makes her so elegant. :love

Ann in CT

2. Oh, souldoll-double boy bodies for sure. They're the perfect blend between muscly and slender. The way they pose too, is extremely elegant.

3. With how many doll bodies there are on the market, I couldn't possibly try to pick one as the "most elegant" or "most graceful" sculpt. They all have different appeals. I deal with this plethora of options by setting myself a rule, which I've more-or-less stuck to: I will only have one of each body sculpt that I like. I've made a few exceptions, for major modification projects (making a naga doll from a vanilla TL2 body, even though I already have a TL2/Ylisande in a different skintone) and in the case of siblings (EID "Superhero" males) for whom I wanted a close resemblance in build, but even in those exceptions I still choose different options (the EID boys have different arm sculpts) for the bodies so they wouldn't be completely identical.

4. I'll put in my vote for Zaoll or the Narae dolls. I'm totally, you know, not biased.

5. I think the RS Mei body is very elegant. It's so slim and detailed, it just looks gorgeous no matter what you do with it.

6. I'll give my vote to dolls from Dollstown. :aheartbea

7. I am with Anne from CT - Shiny doll are amazing, so graceful and elegant, such fantastic posers, really marvels

8. Dollstown bodies hands down.

9. Shinydoll - no doubt about it -- it's the only one I've found that is really stable, holds a pose and is *also* completely graceful and natural. The only problem is that it spoils you for everything else. Sigh.

10. Hmm~ for natural/graceful body posing I'd say Volks SD17, old Dollshe, and the Supia girls... best standers for me would be Luts SDF and KDF.
But for hands alone it would be the Dollshe boys beautiful digits *teehee*~ they're all quite similar but Hound's is my absolute No. 1 LOVE of all doll hands I've seen so far. So beautiful, expressive, and elegant!! <3

11. My Ylisande! She is curvy, pretty, femminine, elegant and sophistiacted.

12. iplehouse jessica is curvy while the new impl female bodies are very petite and feminine. but i think i like a Limhwa female body best.

13. For me it's SD16 girl body.
It's PERFECT for a girl to grow into goddess ♥
Also I love DD body, though that's not elegant......

14. So far my fav. body sculpt would be a Lati Red and DOD body sculpt. For Lati red, they have great muscle tone. As for the DOD body, I just like the slim line cut and well stablity of the doll when it stands as compared to all the other dolls my sis and I have. :)

15. For graceful and natural looking I'll have to agree with Limhwa and Supia for the girls. Though I am rather fond of just how stable my SD13 girl is.

I like the look of the EID bodies, but I don't have any experience with them in person.

But for hands I do think the old Dollshe hands win, hands down as it were. I don't think I've seen nicer hands when it comes to most dolls, though I'm pretty fond of the DOT boy hands, never liked the Delf hands all that much since they are so small comparatively.

16. i really like the soom girls body :D

17. I personally absolutely adore the Glorydoll body. It's so small and frail, with so many little details and such elegant, gracious limbs, pretty fingers with such detailed little nails..my little Louis isn't the most amazing poser, but whatever you can make him do, he does with such elegance. I don't have a Glorydoll girl(..yet? XD)but I'm sure they're equally lovely.

I also have a Zaoll and a Narae and think they are very elegant too. And another vote for the CP boy bodies, too. Those beautiful long legs and the poses they can do with them <3

18. Dollshe DSAM32s.

*runs away*

;)

19. To me, I'd say Rosette(NOT BIASED AT ALL. XD), and Dollmore have the most graceful, and elegant body sculpts.

Soom's Monthly dolls are right up there, as well.
