It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.Dismiss Notice

How to create a Waitlist Wiki
This is a tutorial on how to create a new Waiting Room and Waitlist for a company that doesn't have one.
Start by creating a new thread for the company in the Waiting Rooms [1] area.
Find the Wiki page for the company you want. You can find companies in the list of Dollmakers Wiki page [2] If the company doesn't have a page, you can create a new one.
I am using the Leekeworld Wiki page for my examples.
On the company page you need, find the Links section, and click Edit.
Add a new link for "CompanyName Waitlist" somewhere near the other DoA links. Use an * asterisk to make a bullet item in the list, and the double brackets [[ ]] to create a within-Wiki link to the page with that title.
Scroll down and click the "Save Page" button. There will now be a new link in red.
Click the red link. This will create a new Wiki page with that title. You will need to add information into this Wiki page. You can use the information in the Waitlist Template. You can simply copy from that template and paste it into your new page.
A few lines down, you'll want to make a header for each month/year. You make a header by putting a double equals sign on either side: ==January 2017==.
Add your specific order info on the next line. You'll want to include;
- Day you ordered Username: Items ordered & options | Dealer name, if applicable | L/W & PIF dates if applicable
(the triple apostrophe around your order date and name 01 AirimirOfGondor makes a bold font.
Click the "Save Page" button to save the page. Your Waitlist page will now look like this, and is complete for the time being.
You can edit the page at any time to change information, and add shipping and arrival dates when you receive them.
If you have trouble with Wiki formatting, you can check out the Wiki formatting help page: Help:Formatting - Den of Angels BJD Wiki [3]] You can also edit a different Waitlist page just to see the formatting they use, to get a better idea of how to set up your page.
Moderators can add a Thread Tab to the Waiting Room thread to link directly to the Wiki Waitlist. So you can report your new Waiting Room thread, or post a new thread in Ask the Moderators, to ask to set up the thread tab for easy direction right to the Waitlist.
