This page contains information on people who Den of Angels staff believe to be a threat. We do not normally share any kind of member information publicly for any reason, but we break with this tradition in order to protect members of the community from people who we believe are attempting to systematically scam DoA members, and the BJD community as a whole. All of these cases of scammers have been carefully reviewed, and backed up by various members of the community.<br>

We have banned a user under the name BeeryCherry for scamming members. She sold dolls or parts to people, sometimes the same doll to multiple people, and never shipped them after she received payment. Communication was prompt and friendly until she received the payment, but then all communication stopped. With layaways, she was still in contact until she received the final payment.

She is located somewhere in Europe, likely Moscow, Russia (but she has used IP addresses that track to Moscow/Russia, Germany, and Amsterdam/Netherlands). Her name is likely Lyubov Kalynenkova, and she has used a large number of Paypal email addresses and different names for accepting payment;<br>

We have recently banned user Suuchan from DoA. This member had previously been MP-banned here for repeated transaction problems and irregularities. It has come to our attention that she is now engaging in fraudulent trades and sales of dolls on other sites, such as Dairyland and DeviantArt. Dolls were sent to Suuchan in trade, but nothing was received. Dolls were purchased from her and paid in full but were not received.

We have banned a user under the names Angiiee/HoneyBear/lifelaughlove7/daya.cas/d.georgia/adubois/aleks for attempting to scam buyers, mostly through PMing them in response to their want ads in the marketplace. When photos have been requested, we have confirmed that she has been using heavily cropped photos from other people's accounts on Flickr and other sites, or the same photos (possibly of recasts) being used to lure in several buyers. In the past, for situations that she could not photo-manipulate, she has claimed she does not have a camera. She has also claimed that some dolls belong to her boyfriend, who is not a member of Den of Angels.

She is located in the Netherlands, in Den-Haag or Rotterdam. Her real name is Angela van Vianen. She joined Den of Angels in May of 2014 and actively began trying to scam people as soon as she got MP access.

Since she seems to be so determined to keep coming back here, it is sad to have to say that you should be careful dealing with new members who just get MP access and try to push quick deals through via private conversations. Check profiles, Feedback threads and posting history and don't be in a hurry to close on what you think might be a real deal. Please use our Ask the Moderators access if you have any doubts at all about something, and continue to report-post any questionable MP threads you may spot (we thank those of you who do report things, and give us a timely edge!).

Part of her current ploy, is to initiate a trade and request the doll/part be sent to an address in the Netherlands.

We recently banned user ShowaDreamer for engaging in fraudulent trades and sales of dolls, including both resin dolls and Volks Dollfie Dreams. Dolls were sent to him (or her) but he didn't send his half of the trade. He sold, or tried to sell the same doll to more than one person. He tried to sell a Souldoll Lester that may not even exist, as he offered photos to two different people that were actually heavily tweaked versions of both company photos and pilfered third-party owner photos. He actively tries to get DoA members to switch to emails for negotiations, and to make personal-type Paypal payments rather than purchase-type payments.

He has shut down his phone number (which tracked to PA) and the email address via which people were contacting him, but has been turning up on DoA in the middle of the night, the last time on 10/26/13, although he has not posted into the Problem Transactions thread about him since 10/10/13.

His birthdate is given variously as 10/20/85, 4/10/84, 5/10/93, 9/10/86.

10/26/14 UPDATE: We have discovered that ShowDreamer, et al., is either a family member to - or IS - reputedly deceased problem-transaction member Baraneko. They share the same birthdate of 10/20/85, and Baraneko's RL name is Kimberly Norris. There was a delay in discovering this connection, as the report of Kimberly's demise pre-dated ShowaDreamer starting up MP transgressions. Note that there seems to be cross-referable current or recent activity under the email addy of tsukirocketto @ hotmail by Kimberly Norris/David Norris, with an apparent current address in southern Florida.

She is located in Spain. According to profiles on other sites, she claims to be named Raven, 17 years old as of 2010, and living in Puerto de Santa Maria. More realistically, it seems that she lives in Cádiz, Spain and her first name is Patricia Maria. Her mother may be involved in the Paypal aspects of these scams.
