It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     5. I did my first split with Tsuki Hiroshi of a DollCatch Ray. She helped me out on shipping and such seeing I didn't knew anything about mailing packages. I'm very grateful for the aide.

      I took a bit of a gamble for our payment plan: I would pay for her portion and she would reimburse me latter on when able seeing the doll would be mailed to me. I was very glad she kept me up to date on her money issues, kept in touch and being kind, and was able to pay it off in the end in two payments. :)

      Overall, it was a very pleasant first split for me and I won't mind at all doing any future transactions with her. ;)

      Its my first Resin boy and so I was looking for faceup artists that can handle this ticking bomb you'd call a person...me! >;3 My first faceup I saw of Tsuki's was the Luwen with the blueish faceup. And thats where it all went up hill from there:

      She started out and ended with wonderful communication. She's a beautiful person inside and out. I had a tremendous amount of fun talking to TsukiHiroshi as friends, instead of business people. I got a beautiful, beautiful, beautiful boy back home in TWO days. The faceup took about a week or so, he arrived back home in two days. Dont worry about trusting her. My trust grew in her every day, until the very end of our business-commission.You'll get a beautiful faceup done and at a low price! Im extreamly happy. Did I mention how awesome she is? She sent a free gift too! :D Thank you so much, Shia, for doing my boy. Im so happy with our business and friendship. So happy!~♥
