Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. AHHH WHYY SOULDOLL WHYYY??? T____T i was okay resisting little kimmy, THEN they had to make little metel; okay, my wallet won't be so bad after ordering both of them. but THEN miryu and now two new boys??? i weep.

      lupinus looks more like one of the characters i have in mind; if only they made him in a sleeping head! :(

      and i wonder if part of the reason for selling their unfinished kits was maybe to liquidate some of their older models to make room for their new sculpts? just a thought.

      They're really similar, but I think Asiter's eyes are more narrow...it's in the cheeks, so squishy and cuuuute...(don't mind me, I'm crazy... :ablah:)

    4. All of the newer large boys have worn 16mm eyes. I think I'd ask the SoulDoll people the eye size on the 1:1 borad. It could be a typo...

    6. Some suggestions and notes:

      Barbie is not a properly-scaled 1/6 doll. 1/6 dolls (like Volks Dollfie Plus, or EB line) are 27 cm for girls, 29 cm for boys/men (Neo Go Guy is 29 cm, for example). Their bodies more closely resemble correct human anatomical proportions. (Please note I said "more closely resemble" -- there are still some wildly-endowed girls out there! :oops: )

      I would try WTG boyfriend clothes, and Neo Go Guy clothes. There are several groups online that are dedicated to this size of doll, too, and seamstresses hang out there that sew beautiful things for properly-scaled 1/6 boys. I doubt that the shoes would fit, especially considering the fact that WTG bf and Neo Go Guy come with "shoe feet" which are considerably smaller than they should be. I am working on boots for this size of male doll, and will post pics when finished, if anyone is interested.

      Now, a question: I love Kimmy. Love him love him love him. :aheartbea :aheartbea :aheartbea Do you think he'd make a good companion for ToYou? Do I put off a trip to California (from Nebraska) so that I can buy him...? :ablink:

    7. I'm sure the outfits are not included, as they aren't on any of the other dolls. I have a dilemma now! We're about to place another order for our internet store and I can't decide whether to stick to Lune's & Paris' or take a chance on these guys......help!!

    10. The forehead and ears I believe are carved... they painted them to make them pop more. I'd so paint those carved areas with white/gold to make an angelic creature. I can't believe this isn't a LE doll!

    12. I think that it means that when the doll meets its beloved, they can decide whether to "be" a boy or a girl . . . the body is asexual, though, the choice is in how you dress and present him/her/hir.

      Gorgeous and innovative design -- I'm glad that Celestyn isn't a limited!!

      I don't recall what size other SoulDoll heads are -- is this one the same size, or larger?
