To anyone who has an MSD Boy, are any of you having troubles with (when you're looking at him) your boy's right arm? I'm wondering because my boy's elbow likes to act funky and the hand won't tilt out or in, while the (when looking at) left arm is perfectly fine. :/
I have the old girl body and the arm acts wierd at times too i think it's the stringing. As for the hand though I'm not sure.
I have the exact same problem Icecrystals12. I have the old girl body too on my Lura and she is hellish with arm poses. Her hands will maybe do up and down on a good day, but won't twist at all, and her elbows either have to be completely straight or snap. I'm tempted to restring her...but I'm scared.

I found out what was wrong with my boy's hands last night!!! I'm going to email pictures about this to 5star but the issue: I bent the hands back and was looking at the connected ball joint of the left hand(which doesn't move right) and the right hand(which does). The left hand has a larger ball joint than the right. I need to get help with photographing it because it's hard to explain what I saw. But I bent both of the hands at the same angle, where the rim of the hand meets the edge of the arm. The right hand can do it fine while I had to push to get the left to go to the same angle. The left joint is taller and is almost out of the (socket?) at the exact same position as the right hand. :/ Going to get photos when I get home today. and WOO! New dolls~

I'm a bit puzzled... some pictures it looks like the dolls are in french resin, others don't. So what resin do they use?
They recently totally redid all their resin colors, so Tue newer dolls are the accurate look. I have mixed feelings on this, as I like the more translucent look but really loved the more bisque-like look of the old resin. Also, I'm curious and a bit worried about what the tan will look like.
That I understood, the change of their resin ^^ But what I can't make out is if it is now french resin or not. I sincerely dislike french resin so that would mean no dolls from them for me if it is...
Wow, if they really have changed to French resin then I got my body from them just in time. I got it to make a hybrid doll, so the new semi-translucent look would have been major resin match fail!
