5StarDoll Minis discussion part 1

Really, I ordered Nigel the second day of the event . I only had to wait 4 weeks. I ordered another doll, a 60cm Edward and I ordered him on the 16th. I guess 7 weeks isn't to bad.

 

Eh... I dunno. Were they pretty up-to-date with their shipping status emails and stuff?

 

I did order early, so that's probably why I got him faster.

That's what I'm thinking. I should of order all of the dolls together. But it was first time ordering from them. Oh, well..... But at least the wait time is not 3 months!

On my Viktor he has on a 7/8

 

I tried on a 6/7 but it didn't seem right. So I tried on my minifee wig and it fit. He also wearing a silcone wig cap.

 

That's strange I tried a 7/8 and it was way to big. Maybe boys and girls are different?

 

The wig is a (LW) Kosha maybe it came small, all I /know is that it fit. I should probably try another 7/8 but I don't have one!

 

Eh, I might just have to play around with a few different wigs then.

 

I always spend so much money buying wigs, trying to find the right one.

 

Yeah but worse comes to worse I can always sell it... I don't have a lot of mobey to play with anyways, so if I need to shop around for a wig I might just have to buy and sell until I find one that works.

 

remember, like shoe companies for us...sizing is not necesarily the same just because it is the same number...Nike air size 7.5 for women is way to small while Airwalk size 7.5 is just right for my feet. It will be the same with wigs for doll heads...There has yet to be a control board for industry sizing for doll heads for sculptors as there is with shoes for humans.
