Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     5. Not to derogate anyone's suggestions, but most of the dolls people are pointing out as "chubby" are the toddler/tiny BJDs.... Personally, I don't see that as anything but realistic/normal since they are just portraying small children/babies? Like, being that young, they'd expectedly still have their "baby fat" on them, if they didn't then that's where it kind of gets unrealistic. (sorryy, I'm kind of bitching, hahah)

      and Mizbelle, I'd really love to see the doll you're talking aboutttttttt~ Is it in a production stage yet, or just more of a cenceptual stage?

      I too would like to see a more full figured doll. A doll with rubenesque, or classical curves, more so than an earth mother figure. Dollshe Salubia came close.

      Although, to sound sexist, I really don't want fat boys, I dont mind chub but I don't like pot bellied boys, just my own opinion here so if you love pot belly boys great, just not my thing.

    11. Didn't someone in the artists forum have a "plus size" BJD girl in progress? I can't go dig up the thread right now because it has nudity and I'm at work, but I thought that was an awesome idea and would love to see her done.

      I'm all for more BJD body shapes. Would love to see "aging" bodies and bodies that are less proportionate (short legs, big hips, etc.) as well as chubby and fat bodies.

    12. Goodreau resin dolls, by comparison, have more realistic figures, but I would not venture to call them chubby. They look healthier than many of the waiflike dolls. Just my 2 cents.

    15. I would mark that 'Not work safe' by the way, due to the nudity... and that doll isn't all-around 'chubby,' is fetishized, and the tummy and boobs are heavily exagerated. She at an extreme relative to the unrealisticly-skinny dolls.

    17. I don't see why it has to be fat, chubby, or thin and supermodel. You can look extremely great and healthy, with some muscles and just that cm of bodyfat that almost all women have. That's what I'd like to see - not unhealthy dolls, or fat dolls, but dolls that aren't as petite either. I really like the Aoi Tuki body, and I would love to get one of those for one of the dolls I plan ^_^

      This made me think of the VJ-show, a chinese tv-program. There is a girl there called Meimei, who is 154cm and 50kg, and they always always gives her shit for being fat. To me, she is the most gorgeous out of the girls in that program, because while they look like sticks she has got some boobies, a bit bigger legs and not those super skinny arms.

      It would be great if BJD-makers could acknowledge different kind of beauty. A body doesn't have to be shaped like a supermodel with skinny waist and big boobies and butt to look beautiful. Personally, I'd like to see skinnier bodies that also have smaller boobies, because that's how bodies usually work - visible ribcases are most often not combined with a D-size bra.

    18. Fat doll, skinny doll...It all depends on what you like, really. Personally, I can't stand those really defined bodies like Luts Senior Delf bodies or some other companies. I do like the bodies that can look good in clothes, but some with a little chub on them or even a little more than most, I like that.

      I as a person am considered fat. I LIKE having curves, though I do strive to get down to a healthier weight. But I think girls and guys of all body types can look great in (and out XD) of clothes depending on how they carry themselves and if they're healthy, so I think the same goes for dolls.

      CinnamonTea, I LOVE that girl! Like for serious! She has hips like mine (Italian/Irish hips, my family calls them). *hearts*

    19. This has probably been mentioned before but Tinybear's new tinies, Cocoa & Bonbon are fat little fairies. I absolutely must have them as they're they're the closest I'll ever get to a doll with my body type. Plus I'm hooked on her tinies.

      I don't know if I'd want a chubby bigger doll because there'd be a heck of a time finding clothes for it. These 2 can wear the little antique lace dresses that I'm making for my tinies.
