My new May arrived yesterday (actually the day before but it was storming and apparently the mail carrier did not want to exit the truck to deliver :< ). Anyway... she is adorable and quite the remarkable little poser. The body is too dark to match DOB resin (if anyone else was wondering). It could be done with blushing but it wouldn't be a perfect match. I would say there is a bit more yellow in the Long Time Doll pink than in the old DOB (haven't seen a new one so can't speak to that). The DOB is very pale perfect pink. I was a bit uncertain what to do at first as I'm not a huge fan of dolls with teeth (yes I know, why order a doll with teeth then?) but I wound up painting her and have fallen for the little thing. I just painted as though the teeth were not there and she is actually quite cute with a different face up. I ordered her a new outfit and am buying a new wig for her (not that the one I have doesn't work but I want another). Now to figure out what to do with the Pisce head...

Ooh, are their hands magnetic? They look that way! I'm getting a dollzone Star white skin from the marketplace and I really wanted to hybrid her with a littlefee body but these are much cheaper and look really nice! Anyone think that would be a suitable resin match? I'm hoping to get a dollzone normal skin moon head too so a body for her would also be great.

Here is a quick pic I took while playing with her hands and arm posing. The hands are magnetic which is really cool. I want to take her outside for better pictures but it has been raining all day. I really can't answer any more resin matching questions. Most of my DZ's are white skin. I have a couple of old normal yellow and one old normal pink. She is a bit darker than the old normal skin pink but dz has changed their resin since then (I have one of the event baby dragons). I cannot tell you how white skin or normal skin might match.

Are there any known resin matches so far? (normal pink, normal yellow or the yellowish-white) I really like the MSD girl body and think i would work well for a character I've been putting off.
Glad to have found the discussion thread! I'm also really interested in their MSD girl body so that may be my next purchase (in a while when I can afford it, hahaha). I'm happy to see pictures of their other products, they seem to have good quality and nice packaging. Here's hoping that someone here gets the MSD body soon or has resin matching recommendations!
The normal yellow looks so dark, would it match Unoa face plates (they are the old unoa cream colour, not the fresh skin they offer for full dolls). eta; weird, I cannot see the picture in my quote, but I do see it when I edit. I paste it here to be sure:

Hm that is odd. I was looking into getting a body to play around with hybrids.... I found their taobao site seems to be up though? I hope they're not gone forever. '^'
I was also really interested in hybrid potential. But I was also interested in their 1/4 head they were planning to release. I contacted alice's collections and they told me that they had stopped carrying them but not where to find them now. I guess I can hope that they're around when I get some funds? Would stink to have to go through taobao, though.
