Actual Dreams About Your Doll

After I read this thread is when I got my first ( last night ).
ive been waiting for my first doll, a dollzone boy, for three months. And I dreamed that I got him and some other doll stuff in the mail. But I didnt think the package was my doll since I hadnt got a shipping notice, and left him outside. Then my dad opened him and completely destroyed his box and face up and I was so upset. Thankfully it was just a dream ^-^ but the next day I actually got my doll items and a shipping notice for my boy!

 

I had several dreams with the same doll in them, and at first I couldn't figure out which doll it was. I finally figured out that it was Volks Lucas, because in one of the last dreams, I dreamt that a friend sold me not hers, but a second Lucas.
When I found and put a Lucas on layaway, the dreams stopped. Funny thing was, until those dreams, he was never a grail doll of mine or anything...

 

I've been dreaming about a certain doll for a few days now because I couldn't decide whether to get her and the preorder was coming to an end! I dreamt that I went the the company's headquarters and bought her but when they gave her to me she was just a head, made of rubber and it was my Mum's face on it! Pretty weird! Anyway, I ordered her, so I hope she's ok after all ><"

 

I had a dream someone offered me a trade for one of my dolls. I said no, and they said "I've sent him in the post" (Him being their doll) so I was upset because I had to trade for a doll I didn't want!

 

I had a dream about one of my Dias a few weeks ago, it was scary as hell. Not so much because of what happened, but because how real it felt.
In the dream I woke up in my bed (duuuuuuurhh - inception) with a lot of loud noise around me and ... lightning in the room? I don't even know. Right next to my bed was some sort of chair construction and on it my doll, except he was human sized now. Still a doll though. And he suddenly started moving in the freakiest horror movie manner, towards me, in a really threatening manner, it just freaked me out and I ended up screaming and trying to hide under my blanket like a kid. I felt almost paralyzed after actually waking up because the dream room really did look exactly like my real bedroom and it took me a bit to realize it was in fact just a dream.

Oddly enough, the next night, my first instinct was to go get one of my other dolls and plop them next to me on the nightstand <_<?

 

I've had a couple of dreams, but they weren't pleasant. Mostly dreams reminding me that I still have a slight phobia of dolls, lol.

 

I had a dream that I got the Kaja and Pongpong I wanted... then I sold them on ebay. The buyer came to my house and smashed them with a hammer right in front of me

 

I had a strange dream a while ago where I dreamt my dolls were real people... It was really weird, and sometimes now I feel like my dolls are real and watching me o.O

 

I had a dream my doll arrived... I was super disappointed when I woke up in the morning. :C

 

The only dream I've had since the wife told me she ordered the doll was what kind of poses and photo stories I'd like to do. One of them had her hanging upside down like a bat! I don't know if it counts but it's something.

 

I had a dream last night that I had my DC Ada sitting on my vendor table I do with others at cons. I left her in someone else's care and went away, and when I came back, she had accidentally been sold to someone! I woke up so upset until I saw her sitting in my living room ><

 

The day before my Lieselotte was supposed to come, I had a nightmare that I opened up her box.... and inside was a yo-sd sized Leekeworld Mikhaila!! Not to mention, all of her fingers were broken off. I think this stemmed from my fear of receiving a fake/copy/recast (not that Mikhaila is a recast.... but there was that whole thing with Dust of Dolls..) because I was buying off of Y!J and all the horror stories I read about receiving dolls with broken fingers. BUT thankfully she arrived perfect and intact

 

I had a dream about dolls for the first time last night... I was in a giant ball pit, like the ones in Chuck E. Cheese or McDonald's play place. Instead of being filled with balls, it was filled with stuffed animals, tennis rackets, toasters and all sorts of random objects&#8230; I was trying to get out, but on my way I found a doll amongst all the stuff. I didn't recognize who it was, but I took him with me. As I went, I kept finding more dolls. They were completely nude and eyeless, but some had eyes that were held in with really cruddy old eye putty. So I took them all with me and finally made it out of the pit. I stood up and there was a "victorian gentleman" type of fellow with a curled mustache. He told me that I would need to pay him $150. Then I woke up. My dreams never make much sense...

 

I rarely dream about bjds but when I do it's usually about waiting on one...go figure.

 

UGH. Last night I had a dream about one of my dolls who I am currently a little disenchanted with. I have been stressing a lot, trying to think of a way to change/perfect him. In the dream, I was gently sanding away at the sides of his face in a tub of water while pausing every so often to drink from a can of root beer. (sanding while drinking soda...?) I really should have known something was up when I finished the can and just tossed it into the tub, but, well, dream logic.

Then I saw a little smear of clay on the side of the doll's face. I wiped at it, and a lot more came off in my hand than I expected. I turned it over and found more, and then suddenly as I tried to wipe this while gripping the head in both hands it just turned soft and melted away until all I held was a blob of soppy earth clay dripping away into the water. I was devastated. I started sobbing in my dream and my heart is still pounding now. >_<

 

A couple of nights ago I dreamed I was in an antique shop and found doll-sized swords and things and bought some for my crew (Sven and Lauren mostly since they're into Fantasy and things). It was so realistic that I actually wondered where the swords had got to the next day, before remembering that while I had indeed bought doll stuff recently, there were definitely no swords

Then last night I dreamed my sister and I were on holiday in Korea, and I suggested we take a trip to Seoul to visit the Iple showroom so I could show her all the pretty dollies and maybe my Bibiane was ready and we could pick her up. But before we even left the village we were staying, we ended up with a demon obsessed doll ... definitely not an Iple, Lusion sized and her faceup changed from cute / neutral to demonic. We went to see an old "doll whisperer" lady who made her face change back, then when I next looked at the doll the faceup was demonic again ... we couldn't get her sorted out ... when I woke up we were just about to go to a local priest, hoping he could exorcise the doll I wasn't sure whether embracing the doll was going to drive the demon out, or play right into its hands and give it control over me. srslywtf, brain?! I don't own a Lusion so technically that bit was not about "my" doll, but it started with my dolls, or rather, one I'm waiting for. I did notice I'm dreaming a lot of weirdo stuff lately, but obsessed dolls take the cake.

 

Since I got my first girl home, I've found myself going to bed with idea in my head for stories, mod possibilities, and future clothing projects. I've found that on those nights I dream of my doll. She's an original character that I've had for years, so any number of her experiences will play out in my dreams, but now she has a physical form.

I've also dreamed about future dolls, like my character's significant other or her sister. Those dreams are fun cause I often try to remember the face that appeared and try to search for dolls that match the face.

Back when my first doll arrived (6 some years ago) I kept having dreams about his face up being ruined. One particular one, was of his face melting off completely. >.> Thankfully that stopped after a week or so.

 

I dreamed about the LittleFee I have on a private layaway. It was so nice, she came to my bed, crawled up and snuggled herself to my back. It was such a wonderful, warm feeling.
