Actual Dreams About Your Doll

The other night, I dreamed I got my new doll and it had a big screw stuck in it's face when I opened the box. I woke up pretty worried..
I'm sure when he does, he'll arrive home safely ><

 

I've had almost exactly this dream! Mine was a girl, and her fullset was actually an incredibly elaborate full wardrobe, but yeah, it was so realistic that I had to do a quick sanity check of PayPal later that day.

I kept having dreams that my Soom Hyperon arrived to me damaged in some way or another. Most of the time it involved a bad storm and the box arrived to me soaking wet and it was just gross. Now that he's safe at home the dreams stopped thank goodness lol.

 

I've only dreamt about my dolls once and it was actually a nightmare - I dreamt my dolls had been stolen in a burglary ;_; safe to say the first thing I did when I woke up was to check that they were still safely in their boxes and unharmed

 

I used to have dreams about buying dolls and doll clothes in random places. Like, this one time, I was having a dream about the zombie apocalypse, and in the middle of fleeing for our lives, my friend and I stopped at a little country-rustic store and shopped for doll kimonos (???). Super weird.

Since owning a few though, I haven't had any more dreams about them. Not sure why.

 

I've dreamed about Johnny twice. The first time I dreamed that I was undressing him, and the top that he was wearing stained his torso. No biggie, except that said shirt was printed with skulls, and now Johnny looked like he had tiny skulls printed all over his body. I made the decision to pass them off as tattoos...and then I woke up.

The second dream was about as outlandish as a dream about ball-jointed dolls can be. I've dreamed some strange things before, and this one definitely will go on my list of the strangest. In the second dream I was actually a character in the backstory that I've cobbled together for Johnny and my little off-topic girls (and any other dolls that I get in the future). We weren't dolls either, but the actual characters that I've invented. I was Johnny's sister Anne, a character that I've not yet shelled, and he and I were at the point in the story where we were having to cope with the death of a third sibling. I don't remember much about the dream, but I do remember the wind blowing hard, and my poor Johnny falling into my arms and sobbing "Oh Anne, I miss Libby!" Then I woke up. That one was a weird one; I actually turned on the light and made sure Johnny was still an inanimate object! LOL

My dream life is an active one, so I predict that I'll be posting here again in the future.

 

The first and last time I dreamed about my doll was before i even got her. In the dream she arrived damaged with a huge crack between her eyes. I wasn't very shocked by it i just decided i would make it work. She also already had a faceup and was smiling slightly which is why I have such a clear idea of how she must look.

I was even a little disappointed when in the end she arrived undamaged XD but i realized she was already too importand to just keep as a practice head, she is my first doll.

 

A day or two after I decided I wanted to buy a minifee, I dreamed that I had just bought her, but my family and I were somewhere overseas for some reason. I think it was because of that they couldn't send me the doll I'd ordered, so instead I got sent this small MSD elf boy in light green resin (something I had absolutely no use or desire for). I was incredibly disappointed I didn't get my Minifee, so I went to some shop and asked them to buy the boy from me. They wouldn't, but the guy there for some reason had a pair of eyes I'd ordered for the minifee, and he gave them to me. I left the store trying to figure out what to do with the doll, which is where the dream ended.
I've also had some dreams about my chatceters, but sadly I can't remember them.

 

I have to admit that I have never had any dreams about my dolls. Not one whatsoever.

Still, they might take my dreams away, especially if I see a doll and I am about to decide if I want it, then I can't even sleep from the excitement of it all!

 

I have dreams about certain dolls if I'm actively saving up to buy them, yes.

 

Yeah, I had a wild dream last night about the doll character I was idly thinking about yesterday. My dreams are usually pretty morbid so it went in a bad direction (though the doll's character and I ended up alive and dating at the end? okay? weird?) but it was interesting, for sure.

I also dreamed once that my order had shipped but that the company had shipped the wrong order to me, and I received a Monster High doll somehow instead of my BJD?! Stressful...

 

I dream every night and have good recall however odd thing is never have dreams of dolls.

 

I've dreamt about dolls many times, but this was mostly as I was awaiting their arrival. I would often dream that my doll arrived broken, or that the box had arrived empty. The dream I've had the most though is breaking off a toe whilst trying to put on a shoe - subconscious fears, it would seem

 

I have dreamt about my dolls a couple of times but this one is the one I remember the most. I just ordered my grail doll, Volks DD Miku Hatsune, and a couple days later I had a dream of getting her in the mail. Then I went home and opened her box and I remember being so happy in the dream. When I woke up I was like "ahh, she isn't here yet." and was a little disappointed and also more excited to get her.

 

If I have been obsessing over a certain thing or pose or something for a while especially right before bed I might.

 

I dreamt I ordered the most perfect doll but no matter what I did it never got to me! No matter where I went or whom I talked to, I just couldn't get my doll. I was really distraught when I woke up!

 

I've had dreams about dolls I'd like to have, but don't exist. They'll be mixed in with dolls I already have. In that sleepy point of just waking up, it's kind of disappointing to realize they aren't part of my collection.

 

I think I may have dreamed about the doll head I just purchased, but I'm not sure. The medications I'm on can sometimes make recollecting dreams a challenge.
