Thanks for the suggestion but I like to know whats owner's experience is best. I will look into 8-9 wigs to start things.

 

I have a Yusri head which is 23cm and an 8/9 Leekeworld wig and it fits fairly snugly. So a 8/9 for a 22cm would be perfect.

I finally got the photos of my Mihael head on the Akagi 66 body, though they're not the best, since they're taken with my phone. I hope it'll help though, with the proportions. I don't find him looking as bobbleheaded in real life as in the photos, though the wig does help. I quite like his proportions in real life but somehow the photos don't show the same thing, I'm not too sure why? Haha. It might be the sloppy shoulders >_<.

 

Thanks so much for those, cian. Yes, he does look bobbleheaded in the photos. Well, damn. Yes, could be the sloping shoulders and the thin neck with such a big, round head. *sighs* Looks as though it is going to have to be a 70cm body for mine, then. Ah well. Worth a try.

 

Just ordered a Yursi! I'll be taking the body for my Saint head and I'll possibly sell the Yursi head although I might keep it if I like it enough. It's my first time getting a doll from the company, all my other dolls were secondhand, so this is quite exciting! Since I bought it on Alice's Collection, I bought some clothes with him to get some free shipping so he wont be naked when he'll arrive.

So I take it that the heads do not arrive with eyes?

Yes, he does look quite bobbleheaded, the more I look at the photos, haha. Mihaels have rather round heads which doesn't go too well with such a long thin body with a long thin neck >< Hope you'll find the body you want

 

They don't seem to give eyes with their dolls. I bought a full Tanta with a faceup and he had no eyes. I thought the company faceup was quite nice though

So many lovely boys on the board! I really like that 66cm body.

I currently moved and I'm waiting for my stuff to show up still (including my Yusri) but here he is with a faceup by Grievous Girl. (he's got a real baby face when it's not made up, but it seems sooo flexible)

Well is there any reasons that you don't want to buy the Akagi body? It has a good price for its size at the moment with the 20% off. It's understandable if you are looking for something else though. What colour is your head in?

 

Has anyone tried jointed hands from another company on the 66/68cm body yet?
