My girl arrived and I popped her on my Green Coco's body to get a feel for it. He's a natural skin from a May '07 batch-- I'm not sure if Lati resin has changed since then. The proportion is good and it was easy as pie to put the head on, but the color doesn't quite match. Maybe blushing would help? I don't know much about that sort of thing... Thanks for posting these pictures. Looks like Coco is pinkier? Do you think coating the body with MSC UV Flat will help camouflage the skin tone a little since the spray (I gather from somewhere) tend to lighten the colour a bit.
anyone have any other matches??? after swearing that I wasn't going to get an a mini I think I'll buckle down and finally get this girl. man, the ail molds have grabbed me and will not let go
Faireyangel...thanks so much for posting the pics of Daryl head on the Lati Green body....she looks good..this is the body I have got coming the end of this month ( I hate waiting).....so glad to know the head went on easy....can't wait to see her finished. The resin match is a little pinker, but we can work around that!...... Edit: resin match looks good with Volks Pureskin and Dollstown Normal skin...also Soom N/S looked OK too........ xen
Minoruworlds' Junior Leila body with AIL Daryl head, faceup by Ravendolls: I compared the measurements, and they are nearly identical to Yo's, except for leg length, this is the Blossom body. Head fits on perfectly, no sanding necessary, and the resin match is very, very close. The Leila body is slightly pinker, but the difference is minimal. I am beyond thrilled--I think the more mature, graceful body suits this face much better--I can't wait to get her wig and eyes and have this girl make her formal debut!

What is the circumference of the Daryl head? And do you think the neck hole could be modded to fit on a mini? Carolyn
I have the head/body out for restringing and sueding, I will measure when I get it back. As for modding, I guess so, but the head is very tiny, it really would look odd on a mini body. I held it up to my Soul Double mini and it looked way too small for it.
The Daryl head on the Leila blossom body is the best match proportion wise that Ive seen so far, but unfortunately Minoruworld wont sell the body on its own , grrr Xinte

I haven't seen any mention of these in so long. I recently got a Daryl head and did a faceup on her. I love this sweet girl.
