would any of you guys happen to know how well ALM normal pink matches Doll Family A normal pink? i know they're a new company but i was thinking about getting one of their msd bodies. no 1/4 thread yet though, i think it's possible no one's ordered one yet. O.O
@mangameow, I have a Doll Family A event head from 2014 and an ALM doll from this year, both in "normal pink". The ALM doll is definitely pinker. It's possible the head has yellowed some, but I'm comparing the headcaps, inside and out, and there is a difference between the two dolls.
oh, thank you so much! how much of a difference is there would you say? is it really obvious or would it be hard to tell unless you were really looking for it do you think? if you could get a picture that would be really great~ but it’s not necessary. :>
@mangameow, it's a difference that would bother me, but I tend to be picky, which is why I don't do hybrids unless I have to. I can take a picture but I might not get it posted for awhile, either later tonight or tomorrow.
awesome, thank you! great pic! i am unfortunate in that hybrids are a symptom of my style of collecting (head now, body later, and being ultra picky about body type, even moreso than resin match tbh) i thiiiiink the DF A has probably mellowed a bit, but it does look different enough to pose a matching problem. hmmm.... i wonder if with the default faceup it’d be less noticeable though... :0 thank you so much for taking that picture, i really appreciate it!!! :3♡

@dukie1346 They're pretty close. This is an ALM Doll headcap with a DollZone body, both normal pink. The ALM Doll is from this year and the body is from July 2017. The headcap appears to be just a tiny bit pinker but that might be from the age difference, although the body has always been in its box. Normal pink comparison by Nadine, on Flickr
Revive! XD I wonder if anyone has opinions about their fullsets? The makeup doesn't matter to me much, but I really like the overall look of some of them in their clothes. Not sure what their quality is like.
