Angel Egg Resin Dolls by Marmite Sue

Hello GuyFawkes,

congratulations on all your new Marmite Sue girls, and I'm looking forward to seeing who your gallery doll is. They are all so very special!

 

Oh my goodness, those beautiful gallery dolls !!!

 

Last night I actually dreamed I was in Japan and saw an exhibit of Angel Eggs similar to the Jenny Fax crew in a department store. Literally, my dream dolls! LOL

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the Unicorn face plate will be released, as well as the spiral horn. And have you guys seen Little Dragon? She's porcelain so not on topic here, but worth a look if you like AE's style. One day I'm determined to add a porcelain girl to the family!

 

I saw her last week on Eli's site...Fantastic work! She was sold the same day the photos were posted.

 

There was a blog update yesterday! More porcelain bits, and a teaser about a new resin pre order coming up as well as some more resin news!

I'm not surprised Little Dragon sold so fast! She's amazing! I'm glad Eli decided to cast some resin dolls. They might be a bit harder to get than some big company's standard dolls, but still much easier to snag than her porcelain girls. On her blog Eli mentions more gallery work coming up, which is great for her but it means no commission work for a while.

 

Ahhh, exciting! I hope it means a pre-order for the bodies and headplates!

 

I do hope so too. Maybe new faceplates and body parts. Maybe some new hip joints too.
By the way Lisianthus, I bought Red Jenny from the Jenny Fax festival.

 

I just hope whatever happens lasts a long time! It'd just be so nice if there were basics all year long. Ho Hum~

 

I've been dying over these dolls for ages it seems, but only thought to check if there was a thread this evening! Now I'm just lying in wait for the next pre-order....

 

That pre order should be coming up soon! I'm excited to see what will be offered though I don't think I'll be able to get anything this time.

 

I've just received Red Jenny; fantastic doll! I took some photos to show her though I'm a poor photographer. Will have to take some lessons

Quick photography tip: back lit pictures (where the light source is behind the subject) are incredibly tricky to take. It's a lot easier to get fairly good point and shoot pictures if the light source is behind you (the photographer)

 

Oh I just adore Red Jenny!!! Those eyes are amazing, so haunting.

Anyone see the new milk doll available? She looks great normal too, she's more child like. Bit her legs are quite long and thin compared to her torso...still temptation. Maybe I should pass on her since I have a bigger one that looks like her

 

Yes , I saw Milk too , she's lovely ! I like the idea she's a little younger looking ...

 

I like the new Dentelle body and the more youthful face! Glad the pre order period is a bit long, maybe I can come up with a way to get her

 

Thanks for the info about the new preorder for Milk; don't know if I'll order her but I'm curious about the new joints. I hope there will more photos of this doll in various poses. The face is interesting and I love the body blush and make-up.
