Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     2. oh, is the website new? i don't remember seeing that before! i had to email her my order when she had the form up on her site/blog.....

      but wow - she is lovely and better than expected i think! so can't wait for my girl to come! the lace looks even more delicate in your pictures and that will be great for what i have planned.

    5. My Umi is here! She is absolutely amazing. I picked her up at the post office then went by my parents' house to do some stuff so it was a few hours before I could open her. I couldn't wait to get home so I opened her up at my parents'. I took some box opening pics and will post them and add a link to it when I get home later. I can't stop looking at her!

    7. Sigh, my internet connection is down at home so I can't post any pictures. I'd love to get Umi some nice in scale furniture to lounge about on. I'm definitely going to display her nude, but I think a doll stand would look terrible and might damage her blushing. Right now I'm being so careful with her. She's wrapped up in her box now and I'm actually considering using gloves to handle her, lol. Until I find a nice, pretty way to display her though she'll be staying in her box, poor girl.

    13. actually I think that when we take photos of naked doll you are more focused on posing and scenery etc. when the doll is dressed you more care about outfit etc.

After seeing your doll in person yesterday, I NEED to get one of these girls, perhaps not this order period but the next one, she will make a great Christmas present for me :) Just consider that you enabled me on this one! LOL. She is so delicate looking and beautiful, she is a nice heavy resin and such beautiful coloring!

    16. you know, i'm suddenly kinda worried.... i ordered my girl in white skin that was offered, but now all i see are two versions of normal skin... (cream and normal pink) - i hope my girl actually will be a white skin tone as i don't think my idea will work so well with a more normal skin color.... (not that i would sell my girl, but i may have to come up with a whole new color idea for her as i wanted her to be like a black and white piece in a world of color.... )

    17. I also ordered the white skin color and I thought the same. I didn't find any example of the white skin... maybe is the cream one?

      EDIT: Marmite Sue just sent me an e-mail with the shipping confirmation and she writes that my doll is cream color, so... the white is the cream one.

    18. yeah, i just got an email as well saying cream..... we'll just have to see. otherwise i'll probably do her in pink tones to match a coral colored cameo i have instead of the black one i planned on using.

      but i'm excited to see her coming soon!

    19. I believe when I had asked about cream, it was mentioned there would be a touch of pink. I remember there were a lot of skin tone choices in the first preorder, was that changed during even then?

    20. i never saw anything posted about the resin colors changing and she confirmed that i would be getting a white skinned doll when i placed the order (which was right after she closed the first batch so i was one of the first in the second batch to order) - but it seems to me that when she got the orders from the casting place, suddenly there were only two colors - cream and normal pink....

      now they're both really lovely colors, but i have an iffy track record with bonding with normal skinned dolls - i'm really hoping that she'll steal my heart in person. i also dug out my tiny cameos - i have them in a soft baby blue as well, but i don't know if that would look right on the skin tone....
